Great customer service, went in to have a snow blower tire repaired... it only took the mechanic 5 minutes to fix it... and to my Surprise he did not charge me for quick repair.... First timer at Henderson, recommended by neighbors. My car was acting up so I brought it in and I went home. No sooner had I got home I received a call that car was fixed and ready to go. Very nice price. Very nice staff and convenient location just off 401 in Bowmanville. Thank you!

Super disappointed in the service provided. Needless to say, the communication between client and this company is almost nonexistent. My boyfriend was told we could have our car back in two days and we waited four days (to give them the benefit of the doubt and give them extra time) to call and they never even worked on the car and decided not to tell us until WE called them four days later. I asked to have the front winter tires put on, on Saturday morning (8am) and if it could be done today by 830am-9am. Since that is when I could come pick our car up. I was told no problem. I got no phone call, no text, nothing. I still waited for it to be done when I arrived. My issue is not the mechanic or their ability to provide services rather the ability to fulfill the services and be updated when needed.

Very reasonable and honest people to deal with. No complaints at all. I will definitely look towards these guys first the next time I need work done. These guys have helped me keep two older vehicles on the road for as reasonable of a price as you can get from any automotive shop I've been to.
