Alta-Sask Wellness - Cold Lake
The group of people working at Alta-Sask Wellness in Cold Lake are really great. I had my first crushed/broken bone ever in my life and the team of physiotherapists were very helpful with educating and rehabilitating so I could use the muscles and bones again. I would recommend taking the chance to just see them once and make your own decision on whether to keep going. My personal opinion would be to keep going.

I had shoulder pain for months before visiting Jeremy at Alta-Sask. I am not sure why I waited so long to see him. After 6 weeks of treatment my shoulder pain was gone. I can't believe I dealt with that for months. Thanks Jeremy for getting me back swimming!

Candice was my worker. She knew what she was doing plus she was easy going. Super friendly and I 100% feel much, much better. I recommend her to anyone who needs therapy.
