Fuel oil is delivered on time by courteous and friendly drivers. Had a propane outlet installed and the guys that did the work as well as the office that took care of my questions were top notch professionals. I would recommend Kenmac Energy to someone who is looking for a caring and professional provider. Your note a number with this guys you're a customer!

I am with a different company but I've ran out of propane 2 times so decided to go with Kenmac as I heard how great they are and local. I called and they told me to come in and do it as I wanted to buy a propane stove for heat. I went in I seen a gentleman told him what I needed he said it's gona be 3 to 4 weeks for install and I knew that's why I came in early Sept he sent me off and said someone would call me , got a call spoke with Dwayne I think and he was looking into it and would get back to me ! NOTHING no call I've checked messages it's so dissappointing, as it was an account and a stove .

Sales staff came paid a visit shortly after inquiring. Upon calling for oil, we've always received it in time, and they try to prioritize you if you're getting low.

I was dealing with Superior Propane and ran into issues over propane deliveries several times with them, had to call their contact number, which is an endless dial 1 if, 4 if that....finally reached someone for an urgent delivery, that was supposed to pass the message, called back the next day at 10:00, message had NOT been passed, they were going to charge me $250 to TRY to fit me in their schedule. This was the 3rd time they gave me the running around so I call Mike at Kenmac and he was able to fit me in that day. By noon, I had both tanks replaced and filled!Thank you for Kenmac and Mike for having great service. you will actually reach someone at the other end of the phone right away. Mike went out of his way to accommodate me in a difficult situation.Well appreciated!

Poor customer service, rude call centre staff. I called to request a furnace oil refill, someone pick up but after they heard my request they didn’t say anything else and just hung up on me.

Moved into a new house had the furnace checked and serviced they said it was fine. The furnace stopped working a week later and has broken 5 times since I have called for service 3 times and still it doesn't work. Last time I called about it not working no one came.

Wish I could put more stars but my hubby tried calling multiple times in the past week to arrange a new account with Kenmac, each time they told him that they will call back, hubby provided my phone number in case they can't reach him. We hope to just arrange another account with them as the previous home owner who's our friend got oil from them as well. We're giving up now and looking for other options. Sorry.

ok we had a business which we never had problem with, but our home run out of oil 2 times in 2 month!! 1st time i call from 11:30 and the driver never call back until 2 am, and i did!!! signing up with them 3 weeks before the oil dead!! (we cant deliver it until morning we do not do immediate refill , and theres no one tell us to go and refill, sorry i cant hear u), imidiate hung up on me!! come back about the staff was change and they mess up the schedule ?? cmon do not make excuse for the staff not schedule the oil and this is the second time now!!! gone home at 12 midnight no hot water, no heat, i called and now i have to wait for the driver again? should i keep signing with you guy?
