I bought that last winter for camping , i got back pain. Then stopped using for 7 months and again two days of back pain. I told him maybe let know the manufacturer . Because it is not normal. I used no mat and had no back pain. He was agressive even before i talk to him. He told me it us very silly to tell him that. Well he is an a h incompetent to indult customers like that and for sure i will not give not a good reference. I only went there twice buy stuff last winter and thats all. He should go do have have s sales training. His partner started laughing at me. If he was working for me. He will be fired. It is not first time he is agressive like that
