As a Realtor , I find Trina's expertise extremely valuable!! Trina has staged many homes for me in the past few years. What I really appreciate is her ability to work with any budget. In many cases Trina was able to work with what the client already had in their home. She developed a very methodical and easy system for the homeowners to follow when it comes to de-cluttering and reorganizing which helps take the stress away. She took great time in every room sometimes going back to a room to be sure our home would be ready for sale. She was professional and tried to use existing items in our home so that we did not have to purchase a lot of things for staging. She has a good eye and is honest with her suggestions. For example, she is not afraid to tell you that an item may be dated and not appeal to the masses and that an alternate item should be used in its place. Trina has your best interest at heart! I reached out to Trina for some desperately needed help in preparing my home for sale. After unsuccessfully trying to sell our house the year before, I needed a new perspective on what changes I should do to update my space, brighten my home and draw foot traffic in. Trina helped me see my space with fresh eyes and set me on a mission to do the necessary work of de-cluttering, brightening my space and moving furniture to best utilize my space. This was my first experience using a staging company so I didn’t know what to expect. I was actually quite nervous but was very surprised with my experience. Trina was wonderful to deal with! She was so patient and really focussed on using what I had rather than having me going out and purchasing items. I followed through with about 95% of her suggestions. She was always extremely quick to answer and respond to any questions or concerns I might have had. I also love the package she gave when she came in to go through my home. I was very impressed by Trina’s insight and attention to detail. Her suggestions about how to stage for selling totally transformed my home. She went through every room with me. We moved furniture around together, relocated art and items from around the house and then she gave me a shopping list of accents to buy for each room to complete our look. Even after our consult Trina was available to continue to support me through the process.
