Shoppers Drug Mart

Minus 5 stars....Worse service ever its been 1 year and some that I been dealing with this shoppers and I have had nothing but trouble. Today I was ganged up by 4 pharmacy assistant employes wen I am trying to make them understand my situation with my meds. They refused to assist they spoke to me condescendingly. Told me to take my business elsewhere. They where rude . They insulted me And yelled at me. Cut me off every time I tried to explain. They didn't take the time to listen and or try to find a solutuon. They where not accommodating. For health services they lack caring and understanding. I don't recommend anyone to go there. I sure will never go there again I am moving my business to a place that has better services.

I have decided today that I will no longer use this pharmacyI find that the service at the pharmacy has greatly changed since the pandemic. They have very bad people skills. They would blame this on the pandemic and the fact that they were short staffed and busy. This was understandable.We are no longer in that situation and they are obviously not short staffed but the attitude is still, can’t be bothered. I moved to town for uni and transfered to this pharmacy since it's near campus and I'm very dissapointed. Horrible wait time, rude or unfriendly saff and they make alot of mistakes.

A very rude pharmacy staff member answered the phone today at 9:59 am. I called desperate for a solution for my daughters problem. I asked if they had a product or anything similar, she proceeded to sayTheres nothing like that im aware of

Me and my husband are seniors with many health problems but we are not stupid . SDM on elmwood dr. treated us with disrespect.. We suffered stress, anxiety and depression dealing with them for months until we couldn't take it anymore. We switched to another pharmacy and life is so much better now.

Over the past year this Shoppers Drug Mart has turned out to be the Shoppers I knew it could be. Kudos to the staff for their hard work.

Was second in line when the cashier was finished with the person in front of me , never said a word then walked away leaving me standing there for 15 minutes then came back to ring me through. Not a good place for customer service. From now on I'll go to a different location.

Rude. This used to be my go to pharmacy, but I have no clue what happened between 2015-2021… rudeness from everyone but the cosmetic department. The pharmacist told me to stop talking and lying when they messed up my prescriptions for the third time.. The pharmacist assistant told me it wasn’t his problem that the doctor didn’t write the slip properly (call and ask perhaps). Another pharmacist told me that the transfer from Montreal was very sloppy, but I think he just didn’t understand it because it was in French, there’s nothing wrong with the transfer.. My pharmacist was excellent and I never had an issue over there. Customer service on the phone is always terrible. I don’t understand why they still have customers.. Very disappointed. This was the last straw.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I went there around 10pm last year when I was living at the university because a friend had something going on health-wise that was embarrassing at the time. We asked to speak to the pharmacist (who we found out was the owner) in the consult room to discuss the embarrassing topic in private. She rudely said what ever you want to say you can say it here". Once we quietly told her what was going on

Sometimes a little less employee than should be. But good store and nice workers.
