I hit my first deer being a lifelong Michigander! It wasn't pleasant to say the least. My insurance agent recommended SP to repair the damage. I had my car ready to go in the shop the very next day, along with the rental car. Joan assured me they would get my car in sooner than any other repair shop around, which were booking out to mid January! Joan made this unfortunate event bearable by having their team get my car in ASAP, despite SP booking into mid November. They had my car for 6 business days and it was repaired beautifully! 10/10, 5 stars, 100% recommend SP for any collision repair!I have a 2010 Ford Edge!

My car was involved in a hit & run. I was able to get it repaired fast compared to a few other shops that were booked out for months that said I would need to replace the bumper. SP automotive was able to the original bumper. Turned out great! Trustworthy and fast, highly recommend!

I came here for service originally after I was in a car accident. They worked exactly within my estimate and additional charges were sent properly to my insurance. They did a fabulous job! About a week later I noticed an additional problem with my car. They fixed it same day! Alicia (front desk) and Sam (Owner) we’re both very patient with me during this confusing time. I would recommend them every time. I’m not even from the area and I drove out here for their service after a previous recommendation. They are very honest and upfront about time schedules, prices, and what your potential problem may be. The next time I need any work done I’ll be coming back!! I was recommended to SP auto through a friend when I got in my first accident, they’re ratings were good and my friends car looked amazing so I figured I’d give them a try. I’m sure glad I did! I was involved in 2 accidents back to back (crazy right)?! Both were insurance claims and the team there made it so easy and stress free! Thanks Joan! The paint work is amazing and my body panels are aligned perfectly! Very happy customer! They really knocked it out of the park. As soon as they had parts both times they got the job done quickly and clean!

Sam and Rick did an outstanding job repairing my 2015 Chrysler 200. My car was hit in the drivers side by another car that failed to stop at an intersection. I thought for sure it was done for! SP Auto saved it! On top of getting my car back in awesome condition, Sam and his team held the insurance company to my contract and ensured I received all quality repair parts.Not knowing the status of your claim, repair and quality of work is one of the most annoying and frustrating things to have to deal with, when you use SP Automotive Refinishing you can ease your mind with these such things. I highly recommend the services offered by Sam and his team.
