Best place ever

Master Badri, what can I say, simply amazing, due to her training I lost 38 Lbs. If you want to loose weight and stay fit for life, check this studio out. Master Badri is simply the BEST, I eat well, my lifestyle has changed for the BEST, I continue on a daily base. A complete work out, 30 min a day. I recommend Tyves Taekwondo Training Studio, the best in the Niagara Region.

I started working out at Tyves in January 2016. I had no upper body strength, my stamina was very low, and lifting weights was foreign to me. Tyves not only helped me achieve my physical goals, it also help me to change my lifestyle. I started to become much more healthy. Along with quick physical results that I saw within the first three weeks of attending sessions, I also gained confidence. I have struggled with depression and anxiety all my life, being physically active has helped with this so much. I have a wonderful mentor, Master Badri, whom I look up to, respect and admire. She has taught me so much. I highly highly recommend this gym. I am a completely different person both physically and mentally and I am very happy with my results ! Tyves is awesome!

Since our first visiting on Friday, Sept 19, we were deeply impressed by Master Badri. My son is so lucky to be her student. One month passed, he likes Master Badri and her classes very much and she made him a huge progress. We can't appreciate more of Master Badri for teaching him not only Taekwondo skills but how to be a brave and good person!
