She really gives amazing service: professional, attentive, answered all our questions and really tried to make our trip as easy and stress-free as as possible with two little ones! Horrible service - definitely would NOT recommend.Elyshia was quick to respond to my initial enquiry and agreed to help me book my holiday, then I never heard another word from her. I sent two follow up emails, with details about what I wanted, then asking for a progress report but never got a response. I sent a final email saying i was going to find another travel agent and didn’t receive a response to that either.

Elyshia - was a life saver on my recent trip. Air Canada cancelled my original trip home and wanted me to take a flight back that would have been impossible to make.She fought with Air Canada after her work day was done to get me on the later flight AC had originally scheduled me on before trying to switch me to a Rouge flight that I couldn't make.She also found me a great hotel for my trip and is really responsive.

Visiting the Flight Centre made planning our trip a breeze.Omar talked us through the pros and cons of potential itineraries, and was incredibly knowledgeable.The visit was productive and enjoyable, and booking our trip through the travel agency (rather than doing it independently) has given us great peace of mind.

I thought booking the first trip for my family was going to be very stressful, I didn't know where to start! I contacted Flight Centre via their online form, and I received an email promptly from the Travel Consultant, Kylie Anderson. I typically like to get different quotes from a few different travel consultants before I choose the right trip, however I didn't need to. Kylie was present, attentive to our needs, easily accessible, answered all my 1000 questions honestly and professionally, and she was really patient. I felt her confidence and dedication, and she is a wealth of knowledge. She went over different options and tried to stay within my budget. She even stayed back about 2 hours after her shift was done, on a Friday to top it off, and the Flight Centre was closed, just to process everything for us! She took her time, and was careful during the process. She even took the initiative to seat my family together in the plane. I hope she gets the recognition she deserves, she truly went above and beyond for us. We know going forward who to contact when we want to book our next vacation. My husband and I are forever grateful and look forward to our trip with our kids, thanks to you, Kylie!

Elyshia at the Westboro location has been our travel agent for 6 years and we've followed her to 3 different locations. She's our travel agent. She goes way above and beyond. Having said that, whenever we needed something and she wasn't available, the other agents were more than happy to help and seemed as committed as Elyshia to making our experiences were nothing less than the best.
