Nothing but good things to say about the staff. They were very helpful during COVID-19 and I was still able to get my luxury vinyl plank, I have it half installed and it looks amazing so far!

I dealt with RPF for a big job I was overseeing, almost 4,000 square feet of flooring. Dealt with Gord. He gave direction on different types of materials and color matching with different paints and existing wood. RPF supplied the materials and did the installation. The price was reasonable, the job was done on time and the project looks great. I will go to Gord again for the next project.

Staff in the showroom, Brad and the installers were all great. My kitchen looks like a million bucks now! I would absolutely use them again.I was not put off by the collection practices because a) I'm an accountant and doing collections is horrible and sucks so I totally understand the frustration that led to the sign and b) recovering that money instead of writing it off keeps prices down for the rest of us.

Great company to work with! We had a quote with in 24 hours of the measurements (took a week for the other guys" to get back to us) and we got a great price and product for our basement. Install of basement and stairs was completed professionally and very quickly! Highly recommend River Park Flooring!"

Charged 1380.00 for 4 hours work. Seeing as this was an estimate that was conditional, depending on difficulty, it should have been easy to reduce the labour costs, but they refuse to do so. Very unhappy with sales person, worker did good work and the product seems top notch. I would make sure to question any quote or estimate before signing anything. I do not recommend this business. Seems shady and dishonsest! A quick search shows average wage of flooring installer is 21.50 per hour.

Would never let these guys step foot in my house again. Terrible service and terrible customer care. My floor is very unlevel in areas that needed prep work down. Charged my cc for the install regardless of my complaints. Firstly, their first installer walked off the job leaving my house in disarray for over a week. The new installer rushed the job and it turned out poorly. Complained to Curtis and I have never seen such poor business ethic in my life. If you want real work done, look elsewhere, these guys are crooks.
