Experience was smooth but expensive. The travel nurse did not give me proper instructions on how to self-administer an oral vaccine. Other than scheduling appointments, you cannot reach them except by email.

Great experience. Was able to get in quickly and get the necessary travel vaccines. The nurse was very informative and was accommodating to planning out the best dose schedule around my competition.One less star because it was far more expensive than anticipated.

If I could give 0 star I would, went to appointment, did not have service as posted, still was charged $69 did not have vaccine or antibiotics needed, when questioned about this, was very argumentative, did not have positive experience when they discussed certain antibiotics, then promised a refund after several emails, was never refunded, was asked by company to remove my review, in short, ended up going to pharmacy, much smoother process, we lost $69 for the visit and cost of one prescription at Canadian Travel clinic Edmonton

The clinic was very spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and prompt. My results arrived in about 13 hours. There was a small mistake on my certificate which I advised them of and I had a new corrected certificate within 30 minutes. Later that evening I received a call to confirm I had received the corrected certificate. Very professional staff who actually care about client service. I would definitely use them again!

Very pleased with this testing center. I’m flying back to the States and I chose this place because they’re cheap and fast. Everyone was kind and they reviewed over my information multiple times just to be safe. The staff at the front desk were very helpful and went over all my options, and the woman testing me was very gentle. I received my test results 2 hours earlier than said time. Will return when I come back to Alberta. Thank you again!

Needed a PCR test to travel overseas for work, within the mandated timing of 48hrs prior to departure. Results guaranteed by 4pm next day. Got a call at 1pm the next day that they had some ‘courier problems’ the day before and my samples never went out for testing. Unreal. Offered me a refund for the test. Very disappointing to have to postpone/cancel travel across the world on 8hrs notice. Avoid this clinic if you can. Unfortunately there aren’t many options anymore since most countries no longer require PCR and most of the major drug stores no longer offer this test.Staff were fine, appointment booking smooth. Ultimately only the result matters.

wasn’t sure what i was expecting but it definitely was not this…this is a private clinic!! not public.should’ve known it was private considering that it is located in a big commercial tower and the clinic itself is just some cooperations offices that don’t resemble healthcare WHATSOEVER

Service was good but I'd go to a cheaper place next time.Good: they are able to give you travel information (which you can also find online for free from government websites by the way) and can give you the vaccines. The consultant/nurse was pleasant.Bad: I understood there was a sizable consultation fee, but was surprised that the two us, sitting in the same room, got charged two different consultation fees.

I recently visited this clinic for a travel consult and the nurse I met with was extremely professional, kind and welcoming. She explained to me about all the vaccines that I needed to travel in detail while answering any questions I had. She administered the shots and explained the side effects clearly as well. Overall, I had a really good experience here. The clinic itself was very clean and tidy. Nurse did a great job of making me feel comfortable. I will definitely be recommending this clinic to all my family and friends.

I do not recommend using this clinic. There are other far more cheaper places I wish I had known about before going here. When you’re paying so much for travel vaccinations and medications, I would think they would be a little better prepared for your appointment. The least they could do is gather information on where you’re travelling to PRIOR to your appointment and be prepared with a list of recommended vaccinations instead of fumbling around on a slow computer trying to determine it on the spot. I felt like I knew more about what I needed than the nurse did and I had no confidence in what she was doing. She kept mixing up which vaccines she was going to give me. Not only that, but she actually gave me misinformation and failed to give me an important vaccine I needed for my trip. I subsequently had to go elsewhere last minute before I left on the trip to get this additional vaccine after figuring that out on my own. In addition to this, while she was giving me one of the vaccines she actually gasped and said omg oops. Not something you want to hear when receiving a vaccination. Save your money, time and sanity, and go elsewhere!
