Where is the honour? I donated $9,000 worth of goods to the temple in exchange for a donation receipt. Goods were pick up in 2012. In April 2013, I contacted the director Mr. Manjit Mangat for the receipt. He explained that the temple was in the middle of an audit, and offered to charge me his hourly legal fee to come and discuss the issue. He was going to charge me to discuss my donation to him?????? I did not receive the receipt in time for the 2013 tax year! I contacted him again in the fall of 2013 at which time he told me he had no knowledge of the transaction. He is still in possession of my goods which I must organize to have returned. Seems this organization leaves questions of honour.
