Called over the phone because I had some questions regarding the Nikop services. Ms. Rabia was very kind and patient and talked me through the process and the different steps. Definitely recommend

We had a great experience at RAI Consultants in Milton. The staff is very friendly, specially Faiza she was dealing with our case and patiently answered all our queries specially to my elderly family member. She also helped us at all levels ranging from forms to pictures and finger prints. I would definitely recommend this excellent service spot for all Pakistanis who have Passport, CNIC, NICOP or any other issue concerning Pakistan Councilate here in Canada

EDIT AFTER OWNER REPLY: Mr Zafar, it's not about the fees . Allhamdulliah fees wasn't the issue. The issue was ur gesture and willingness to help us.My wife went for a consultation for dup clearance and Mr.zafar was not really interested to help because we applied by ourselves and not paid him the extra fees.He told the receptionist that the client must have submitted wrong documents that's why there case is ruined.He was fine to help us with no guaranteed work when my wife said that RAI CONSULTANT at Mississauga is happy to help for $75.Atleast Imran sahab meets his client not like Mr.Zafar who was not happy because we didn't come to him initially.

A very pleasant experience as I filed for my passport renewal. The communication has been excellent and in a timely manner to ensure my application was processed successfully.

I got my driving licence extract/verification through R.A.I consultants milton. the staff is very professional and well trained. The process was very smooth and I had a great experience. I would highly recommend their services.

If this office is claiming to be a “consulting office” then they shouldn’t be withholding information from customers. When I called the office before to book an appointment I asked what the charges for a renewal of a NICOP were and was told $60 cash. When I came to the office, they asked for my credit card to pay the government fee. I understand there is a government fee to be paid, however, that should be disclosed when booking an appointment and asking about the fees. Consulting businesses shouldn’t be deceitful.

Excellent services by Faiza at this location. Highly recommended to all Pakistani community living in and around Milton.
