Shawn and his team moved our stuff from home to home within Nanaimo. Friendly, kind and fast! They took care of our furniture and put everything together on the other side which was very helpful! Thanks Shawn. :)

We hired Shawn and his crew to do a 2-truck move for us. Having had TERRIBLE experiences with other movers, and having met Shawn and liking him, I was quite optimistic. I was blown away by how personable and CLEAN his movers were. They weren't smoking pot in our driveway (like the other movers) and didn't damage a single thing. They were on time and on the job, going above and beyond. I can NOT recommend Junk in Your Trunk enough.

Shawn and his team helped us move out of our apartment last winter and they were wonderful to work with. We were very impressed by how efficiently they navigated the busy parking lot and how quickly they moved our belongings. We will definitely hire this crew again!

We were worried about this move as many of our possessions were damaged last time we moved. Well we need not have worried Shawn came to our home to assess what size of truck he would need and assured us everything would be treated as if they were his own possessions. My original movers didn't show up to help me. I started calling around and was given Shawn and his company as a recommendation. He was very helpful and understanding. He explained that he was fully booked up for the next 4 weeks but would see what he could do to help. My original movers finally decided to make contact and do the job they had promised. Although I didn't use this service in the end, Shawn was very helpful and I appreciate good service.

Shawn, Sam & the rest of the crew are OUTSTANDING. We just purchased our first home and had a fairly sizeable move with an awkward driveway, so we opted to hire a moving company. We did some research and Junk In Our Trunk came highly recommended and we called them up. Shawn responded right away, we had a great chat, he came out to check out the current/new locations in advance and was super flexible based on what we could afford. In the end, we decided to have them move everything, including hauling away some trash, electronics recycling and whatnot. The entire team was friendly, professional and courteous. Like some other reviewers here, I too have had some bad experiences with other local moving companies and I can honestly say these guys are the real deal.
