Narpin the sales rep does not even bother to respond back to issues. Would never get anything from paramount again. Will try reaching out to owner to see if they care about service and product quality. Bought electric reclining sofa and the switches stopped working.

Very disappointed.I bought bunch of furniture from them and must say really disappointed with complete service and experience.initially had to wait more then promised for delivery and then called and booked delivery appointment just to keep us waiting for entire day and no show up nor been notified about not able to deliver.Eventually once received furniture had few issues with bed storage and sectional. After weeks and months of following up was taken care of. Part of couch was taken to get fixed and when returned till date the sectional is no where near to what it was suppose to be , its so awful at no point the sectional even looks like a new one. To be fair I would say upfront my old couch was much much better than this new expensive couch.Never ever going back to then and definetly would not recommend it to anyone ever.

We recently purchased 2 loveseats with bench cushions from this store, what was delivered came with separate cushions, NO bench cushions.Sales rep Kiran has been of no help, verbalizing falsehoods about status of cushions and delivery. Everyone we spoke to had a different story so I indicated that, did not trust them and that they should get their stories straightOver the past 3 weeks we have dealt with deception, lies, excuses and non-existant customer service. We have been told the bench cushions r coming and they don't. Last night when we called we were told that the manufacturer wants the existing cushions to match the fabric. We refused to allow this instead we offered to provide a matching throw cushion, the manager expected us to agree to accept the bench cushions even if did not match, no way. When i refused, This manager (keran)hung up phone on me, WTH, he can't accept a female that does not mince their words. Finally spoke to ruby and we agreed to keep current cushions and get 100.00 refund. We were told the etransfer would be today, no time given. Just called at 3 pm and we r now being told will have money by 9pm. Ruby was rude and curt on the phone insisting she had told us that transfer would be this evening...NOT!!transfer would happen by 9 pm!! Do they think that thisIs how a reputable business runs here.Never shop at this store. All employees there have NO social skills whatsoever and are very disrespectful! Big mistake if you enter this store. Still waiting on refund!!!Next step is BBB.

I purchased sofa and loveseat from this store but the quality of fabric was so bad. After two months using them, they look like 10 years old sofa and loveseat. You can see it on the pictures.

Here I am attaching some the pictures . I don’t want to give negative reviews but I am attaching this so that buyer will not suffer in future. I have see other negative reviews about them now which I failed to see before my purchase. I feel that they are totally unprofessional and disrespectful to their customers.

UPDATE: it has been over 4 months & they still haven't fixed our furniture. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR & DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY AT THIS STORE THAT DOESN'T VALUE CUSTOMER SERVICE.I would give less than 1 star if I could. They delivered damaged furniture & we’ve been going back & forth with them for 3 months now to have it fixed or replaced. They’re ignoring our emails and calls & still haven’t fixed the issue. Highly unprofessional. Do yourself a favour and don’t spend your valuable money here.

Garbage!!!! They are cheat in mind. I bought furniture first time more than 5k price. They told me all are genuine wood. Furniture was made of something else. All parts got broken, and when I try to fix all small pieces come out. It's really waste of money!!!

Don't waste your time here. The furniture came damaged and they refused to do anything about it. I ordered my bed frame over 6 months ago and they kept delaying my order saying it was made wrong and kept calling me and changing the date of delivery more than 3 times. I called customer service to report the damages but they didn't respond back and it's been over 2 weeks.

Not Recommended. One of the worst place for complaint handling. i had complaint them mid of Jan-21 and I told them we bought all furniture about 5 months ago but the bed is not opening and back is also broken. The lady on the phone asked worker to go fix it but no body is listening her and always she said somebody is coming to fix it and sometime she said it is not our fault and when we purchased they had given 1 year warranty. Sales person just want to sell their products on the other hand quality of product is worse and example of sub standard material.

They sent me a totally different dining table set and when I asked to deliver the one that i wanted they said it isn’t in the stock so they gonna go a head and produce a refund. After couple of days went in again and this time someone else approached me, asked about the same dining table that I wanted at the first place if the have it in stock, he goes and checks then comes back says (YES) I can deliver it to you by next week,,,,, I was in shock!!!!!!! told him about my situation and he started to cover up for his coworker by saying “oo we got it in stock just now” I couldn’t just believe it!!!!! DON’T buy anything from this guys so unprofessional and rude people especially the receptionist girl (Ruby) terrible customer service!!!!!!
