Mark from Restorators was very understanding about my dishwasher overflow. He was able to come out same day and test for moisture. He reassured me that the removal of some floorboards and some holes in the drywall would be sufficient to air the area out. Thank you Mark for your time and advice.

Found asbestos in my wall and ceiling plaster along with some flooring. Mark came out and provided a quote very quickly and worked with me on a few things that I could do to reduce the cost by prepping the house in certain ways. The crew came out and performed all the required work and stayed late to get the air clearance testing done. Price was very fair and I am happy with the final results.

Our kitchen faucet sprung a leak, causing water to drain through our floor and into our basement. I called The Restorators and Mark and his team arrived within hours. They immediately determined where the water damage was hiding between the floor and inside the wall. They carefully removed the wall panelling and drilled small holes into the ceiling, causing as little damage as possible, so things could be easily returned to normal once the work was done. They sanitized the area and brought in air fans and dehumidifier equipment. Every step of the way Mark carefully explained what was happening and clearly laid out the costs. He was very generous with his time, always making sure we understood the work being done. Mark is a great, honest, hard working guy who obviously loves what he does. Not your typical contractor. He was a pleasure to work with. Oh yeah, he even went to Home Depot to buy a new faucet, which he installed for us. We highly recommend the Restorators and would definitely use them again.

Mark and his team did an excellent job providing us a cost effective and nice looking way to cover lead paint found outside our garage and back sliding door. The team on site were friendly, clean, quick and did a very good job.

The company was smooth and comfortable to work with. Mark was available for feedback, even at late hours. That is important- to have both work and customer management skills. Work was done around the time, that I was given estimate. Work was done professionally and carefully, no rushing. I would certainly recommend this company for handsoff project work, as they manage professionally and technically solid. The air test passed on work completion smoothly. They are not pushy on payment and provide couple weeks staggered payments if needed. That should be appreciated by customers

Kevin is very professional with customer service; he managed my appointment very well with utmost professionalism. I'm very pleased with the work that was done in my attic and basement. Mark's work ethic is great. He really went out of his way to finish the work. As a customer I can guarantee that they do an honest job. Fantastic service by Mark and co. I contacted Mark regarding a popcorn ceiling containing asbestos to be removed. He promptly provided a quote and was able to start within a few days. During the removal work, I was kept up to date regarding their progress. They did a fantastic job removing the ceiling and ensuring the work area was clean afterwards. Definitely recommend them!

Avoid at all cost. Mark is truly a man with no morals and does not stick to any timelines. Poor communication skills and does take any responsibility as a contractor. AVOID

Mark from the Restorators Inc was invited to my house to do an asbestos abatement service. Mark was knowledgeable and forthright from the start. Ron and the other members of his work crew completed the work on time. In fact they stayed late at the house to ensure that everything was done properly.
