KLP Plumbing & Heating

I did not have the best experience with this company. Everything went well until one day, something changed, and I never knew what. I hired them to do the plumbing of a secondary unit I built in my basement. They were very nice and polite at the beginning, but at the end when only a few things needed to be finished, they just refused to do them even though it was described in their scope of work. They always sent somebody different and it seems that good communication among them is non existent. The owner or manager never wanted to meet with us at the end, even though we insisted. We finally paid them the full amount of the work that was done, even though they did not finish the work.Really dissapointed

Mark was quick and reliable. Strongly recommended!
