This is the only place to go! Wow.I have never experienced such geneuine kindness and professionalism at a medical office!The people here are fantastic, and actually care. My family will go here forever after the experience we've had.A week after an exam, I had an eye injury from working in the shop, there was cause for concern so they got me in same day, got me a diagnosis and treatment right away! If you ever need anything eyes, this is the place!

Dr. Vroom was awesome! Super friendly and upbeat! She made the whole process of getting my first prescription super simple and it was easy to follow along with all of the tests. Loved the whole atmosphere of the place

The atmosphere of the whole place is amazing. My doctor and mini doctor(beautiful girl in the front) are amazing. They were so friendly and explained me all the details very calmly and nicely.

My first time visiting an Canadian opticians and WOW everyone is so helpful here! From helping me get the stroller in the door to the most thorough eye exam I've ever had. Thank you for a wonderful service! 100% recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I did not have a good experience. Unprofessional.They gave me an appointment for 4:15pm and then changed it to 4:30 pm a day prior, which is okay. And today when i went there for my appointment, I got told that optometrist is busy with someone else and i left after waiting for another 20-25 minutes.

Dr. Vroom was AMAZING with both my kids! Very professional and fun, plus she has a prize drawer!! We didn’t need glasses but if we did she has a big selection here too. I feel very safe and impressed with Dr. Vroom and her exceptional, lovely staff!
