Sandy is very professional and she has been in this business for a long time. She answers all questions you may have and guides you to create your perfect ring. If you’re looking to create your dream ring and still stay within whatever budget you may have, this is the place to go! Sandy was able to help my fiancé and I create my engagement ring and well as both of our wedding bands. As someone who doesn’t have too much knowledge about all the different cuts / colour and clarities between each diamond, they explained everything and made it a pleasant experience overall.

Sandy and her team were amazing. Going in knowing nothing about rings or diamonds she made the process so simple and easy. I was able to try on different styles and see what looked good and what I didn't like. We went in November and she was able to deliver the ring for December so my husband could propose on the mountain!Ravi made the experience so easy for my husband as well. He had a rough idea what he wanted and they were able to customize a ring for him. Overall our experience was great and would totally recommend Diamond Deals!

Sandy and her team were extremely accommodating. Being busy with work, she did her best to extend her hours so my fiancé and I could both come in. She made the designing process easy and shared all her knowledge so we could find something that was perfect for us. I would definitely recommend diamond deals if you are starting ring shopping and looking for a great quality diamond for a great price. We are looking forward to return to Sandy and her team to order our wedding bands!

Sandy was amazing to deal with. I got the ring designed exactly how I wanted it. The pricing is very competitive as well. I got some matching diamond studs with the same prong setting as well. If you are looking for a ring for your fiancé I think they do an amazing job. I live in another part of BC and they made the process stress free and flawless. 10/5 stars for me and cannot wait to get more items made :)

My friend recommended seeing Sandy from Diamond Deals in regards to engagement rings. My fiance and I were both extremely excited to pick my engagement ring, and we are so glad we went to Sandy. She did a great job explaining clarity, sizing, and pricing. The ring was ready exactly when we wanted it and we both were extremely happy with it. In addition, Sandy was really easy to deal with, we did not have to wait around for answers she is really good at responding and getting back to you, which makes the experience really easy. We will definitely be going back to Sandy for our wedding bands.
