Atlantic Superstore Chain Lake Drive
The store is clean, and we usually find everything we need. My only feedback is that sometimes when we need to ask staff for help finding something, some are really helpful and some dont seem particularly interested in helping. It is great that the location of this store is close to so many others that we visit on a regular, weekly basis.

Despite being a very busy location the staff did an excellent job of keeping the shelves stocked and there were no lineups at check out. We did use one of the self checkout machines. Unfortunately the scanner on the unit we used was a little temperamental and needed cashier assistance when bar codes could not be read properly.

A pretty basic Superstore location and nice that it has Starbucks. I handed my cart off today to a staff doing cart returns, and he noticed a large box of granola bars I forgot in the bottom and gave them back. I would have left them otherwise so for that, 5 STARS.

Cashiers no longer bag groceries? And refuse to sell paper bags under the guise of your groceries will fall out"? Why would I go here when I could go to Sobeys and get better service for the same price

Atlantic Superstore Chain Lake Drive
It is a very clean store, cleaner than other grocery stores. The employees are nice and helpful. I really like the quality of produce, its always fresh. The international aisle always has great variety which I can’t find in other grocery stores. The ambiance is uplifting, may e its the colours. I like that tehy have a bakery and cakes section where you can get freshly baked goods.

Atlantic Superstore Chain Lake Drive
This location has gotten a renovation over the last few months and has great signage pointing to what products are available, especially at the entrance of the store. There is also a Starbucks right at the entrance for your coffee needs. You can sometimes find products on individual carts near the check out marking price cuts as well as on the shelf near the eggs/milk. Customer service is scarce other than those employees filling the shelves or at check out. This store location also has a Joe Fresh, if you intend to buy clothes with your groceries.

I asked a woman if they carried cilantro, she looked me up and down, then told me to find someone who doesn't work in meats. As if she were behind the deli counter or wearing a meat hat..... just rude.
