Beautiful decor and environment. Lots of new staff, but they did great. Super fast service and follow ups. A great experience for date night or when you just want to enjoy a bunch of meat and veggies cooked to your precise liking in flavourful broths.We got the Tom Yum and Sour Radish/Duck broths. Both great.We’ll be back!

Ordering is done through an iPad and there are a lot of options. You do have to pay extra for certain items but the drinks are included. There’s a Slushee machine, ice cream, a soda fountain, and sauces. They even have suggestions for sauce combinations.I would say order as you go if you’re not a big eater! Only order a few pieces then see if you can keep going.Service was good and friendly. They often come over to refill the soup or assist. The atmosphere was pretty as well with cute decorations. Overall, a good experience at a reasonable price for AYCE.

Food and service was good but not spectacular. The atmosphere was nice which is probably due to their decor. Would recommend this place for hot pot in Winnipeg.

Hotly Pot is a great social food experience. With fresh product and flavourful soups, it's definitely a place that needs to be on your radar.We had a great time with our party of 10, we were served and sat promptly too, we had a reservation.I highly recommend making a reservation to ensure you get in due to its popularity.All the soups were flavorful and tasty, and the incredients and product were all fresh and high quality.The meats were extremely tasty and good quality.My only feedback and reason for the 4 star is that the servers were very disorganized. I don't know if its their ticket system or experience, but we ended up missing items from our order, as did the table across from us.Its a minor inconvenience in the grand scheme of things, but as the restaurant establishes itself, it is worth them looking into and ensuring correct items ars going to tables.I absolutely will be coming back.

Came in today for the first time and let me tell you, this place is amazing.This place has definitely made a statement with its interior design, very traditional and cozy! Now let's get onto the food. Equipped with an iPad, the ordering was a piece of cake. I got the hotpot option which is all you can eat (soup base extra) and it blew my expectations. It has a bit less selections but overall it's still a great place. I started off with chicken wings which tasted great, then came the rest of the order. Crab sticks, lobster balls, meats, ETC. the portions for the meat are plenty so I suggest ordering just 1 of each of the ones you like at a time.The best parts about my expirence here at hotly pot was that all drinks, slushies, ice cream is all included in your hotpot price and ALL of the staff were attentive, kind, and overall very welcoming.I have to give this place extra brownie points for being in a great location, with ample parking, as most hot pot restaurants literally don't have parking. Cleanliness was great and ofcourse the staff!Side note: I have allergies to all nuts, regardless where you go there's always a chance of cross contamination but the great news is that this place doesn't have ANY nut base soup! (Sorry peanut soup lovers) but don't worry you can add nuts to your sauce and enjoy from there. This gives me peace of mind as once it's sterilized after a meal i feel way safer than the places that have peanut based soup.Thanks so much for the food, smiles, and courtesy in your restaurant, I definitely will be back!

Let me start by saying that the atmosphere at HotlyPot is seriously on point! The interior decor is really nice and adds to the whole dining experience. But of course, the food is the main event here. Ordering is super easy through an iPad, and the broth is seriously flavourful - there different options to choose from.One of my favourite parts of the experience was the dipping sauce station - the suggested combinations are seriously delicious! And the service was top-notch too - the staff were all super friendly and made sure to refill our soup regularly. Overall, I'd definitely recommend checking out HotlyPot.

I recently dined at Hotlypot, a Chinese hot pot restaurant, and I had a great experience. The concept of ordering on an iPad and having the food brought to your table for cooking was very convenient. The hot pot itself was a true delight, with a wide array of fresh ingredients and flavorful broths to choose from. The staff provided great customer service, offering helpful guidance on choosing the food and ensuring our dining experience was enjoyable. Hotlypot provided a unique and interactive dining experience. I totally recommend Hotlypot!

My boyfriend and I went recently and it was amazing. We were shocked it was all you can eat!!! What a great price and the quality of the food was amazing. The staff were so kind and they made sure to check on the guests often such as filling up soup pots with hot water and when ordering the food would be brought out almost instanly. The store was also very clean and the staff were on top of it when it came to cleaning up.We loved it so much we told our friends and family right away to check it out :).Can't wait to go back.
