What can I say about Tina and the team that you haven't read yet in other reviews? Well, to start, I interviewed three Realtors before relisting my house (6 months before, I listed with no success). Tina came to the meeting with a folder in hand, in it she had graphs, pie charts and local data that the other two Realtors didn't even mention. She never guarantees" a price

After close to 2 years of looking on our own, I finally broke down and called a realtor. We meet with Shanna Kennett and she went to work for us. She drove all over Essex County showing us any houses in our price range. I am extremely happy to say that after 2 short weeks working with Shanna we are now home owners. Tina and her team were very knowledgable and enthusiastic with the listing and selling of our Income Property. They provided us with all the comparables and information on the current market situation. Tina's communication throughout the process was excellent! After finding a house she tried to make us bid 40 thousand dollars more than what we wanted to offer. We offered what we wanted and got the house. This woman didn’t even put a welcome card a bottle of wine or anything in the house. We are now selling out property and will never use her again. Do better for your clients Tina.How did I know your name then? You sold us the house on Reedmere. Send a card next time TINA and a bottle of something. This is why you lost our business when we just sold the same house.

We contacted Tina pretty late at night in a panic to get our house listed as previous plans had fallen through. Thinking we would just leave a message due to the hour, she picked up and within a few minutes we knew we were in great hands. She had a photographer and videographer set up to be at our house for 9am the next morning.
