Dr Ith has been a great family doctor to me and my husband for more than 10 years. I have nothing but good things to say about him. Top qualities: availability (easy to get an appointment within a few days) and great referral system to see specialists.

I've been a patient for over 10 year - today I decided to change family doctor. I suspect Dr.Ith is retiring - he is open only 15 hours a week and frequently decide to close altogether without warning. There's no point for appointment, you'll still have to wait 3 hours. I took a day off to get there only to be greeted with we're closed".There's no yearly checkup and he's impossible to get a hold off. I can't speak on his professional skills because frankly it's hard to see him."

They really don’t have a good schedule for their patients. Doesn’t respond easily and you have to run after them to get the results. unprofessional vraiment lah…The worst clinique ever stay away from it

The secretary never answers the phone, the mailbox is always full, it is impossible to get ahold of the clinic. What would you do in a emergency? The secretary also arrives late at the office in the morning, so good luck if you're dropping by to pick up a document quickly, because you'll have to wait for her to get to work.

The secretary is always on the line to chat with friends. I know it because when I witnessed at the place waiting to see dr. IT. She never answers the phone cal!!!! Juste change the job if you don't like to talk to people. The secretary is killing people indirectly

Excellent Clinic, Dr.Ith has been our family doctor for over 13 years, wait time might be long but every where else is the same, but Dr.Ith is a great doctor, must make a appointment before going and Dr.Ith does not take any new Patients.

Horrible service.1.It is nearly impossible to book an appointment at this place because the secretary never answers the phone OR the clinic is closed.- They are only opened MON-WED-FRI and from 9am-2pm.2.If the secretary answers, you are slightly lucky. She will book your appointment but there's a 80% chance that your appointment will be cancelled.- this happened to me several times since September 2021.- I had an appointment scheduled for today, April 1st, took off from work and paid for the travelling just to get a note on the door saying that the clinic is closed due to an emergency.- They didn't have the courtesy to give me a call and to advise that the clinic was closed.3.If you do manage to get an appointment and it does not get cancelled, there is a long waiting time.- Last time I met the Dr.Ith, I waited 2:30-3:00 hours.

Every time I go there no matter what time I make an appointment I always have to wait min 2 to 3 hours. I even made an appointment for the first RDV in the morning and still had the wait... the receptionist told me that even if I made an appointment people who came in before me with no appointment had priority...its not even a walk in clinic...LOL..Dr. Ith just wants us to get blood tests, doesn't explain why, and then says it's nothing. Very bad customer service and since then I have been on the look out for a new family doctor!

Everytime I go there Dr. Ith just wants us to get blood tests, doesn't explain why, and then says it's nothing. Doesn't even look at our face when we go to see him. I was on the verge on dying because my tourista was that bad; could barely get out of bed, and he couldn't even diagnose it himself and asked me to go do what? You guessed it, a FREAKING BLOOD TEST. Good job. When I'm already almost passing out, he wants me to do a blood test. I literally just went to the pharmacist at a Jean Coutu and asked for their opinion and got antibiotics for tourista. And guess what? Within a day, I gained back energy. Literally the worst doctor ever.

Dr.ith is ok but not organized or professional. The sever is never there when you call or need her then what is the point of having one. She never answers the calls , appointments are meant to be on time but even with appointments u will be waiting 2-3 hours max to see the doctor. Avoid it if possible go elsewhere
