Had a wonderful experience both times I came here with my daughter. Attended a birthday party in August 2022 & it was beautifully organized, then months later I had my daughter's birthday party in January 2023, during which our host Vanessa & the staff were super helpful with all requests asked & all the children had an absolute blast of a time. We will be back soon! Highly recommend this place for party events or to just bring the kids to burn off some energy!

Great place to have fun with the kids. Whether for a birthday party or just some fun with friends, the kids enjoy it every time! Lots of food for different tastes available.

Had my Sons birthday this weekend with his friends and Madeline and her staff were super friendly and gave great service! The kids had a blast and the food was very good! Good place to host your kids party.

Had my daughters party Feb 4th and when we arrived there, one of the staff members told me that the party was marked down for March 4th with was clearly a misunderstanding on their part but they corrected the issue so quick by accommodating my guests with a bigger room, and one hour of free jump after the party which in the end, they let us keep thr room for one hour more. Madalena and Chiara the hostess were very professional and extremely friendly throughout the whole evening. Food was excellent and the kids had a great time.

My daughter went there for a birthday party and was amazed when I picked her up. There are spots for such events and also a food kiosk. Seems to be fun.

We hosted out daughter's party here...we ordered pizza, wings, and fries. Our waiter Beckum..was amazing!!! The food was amazing we ordered more..my guest were all impressed at how good the food was. It was an excellent experience. My guests too will consider this as their next party place. From beginning of the process to end.......just amazing! Highly recommend...THANK ME LATER

We did our son's birthday, and he had a blast. The staff was very professional and helpful. Magdalena made sure that we were well served. The food was good and my kid and his friends devoured everything! I will definitely go again for my kid's birthday!

Loved this place . I organized a birthday party for my son . All the kids were so happy with activities, food and staff was very helpful and friendly. Food was also good . All kids enjoyed pizza but chicken nuggets was hit for party. All kids enjoyed. I am happy and highly recommend this place .

We just celebrated my son's birthday at Elevation Trampoline, St-Leonard's location and we were really pleased with everything. Our host, Daniel, was amazing and super efficient. We had a small issue with one of the bracelets been lost, but the team was able to accommodate us and solve the issue. The food was delicious and overall the price was not excessive. Madeline, the Manager made sure that we would have an amazing experience. Big thumbs up to the whole team, we definitely recommend. The only thing I would change would be for the time of the package to be 2hours 30 mins instead of 2h15 as we felt rushed when we went back to the room to eat and have cake. Other than this, the experience was 5 stars.
