Five star scale is too small because I would gladly give 10. Fixing my shoulder was expected. However Peter and Shefali, by taking the time to explain joint mechanics and asking key questions, figured out behaviors that I can easily change to avoid unnecessary strain to the area I know I am susceptible to injure. Moreover, the communication between them was excellent (they covered each other during vacation). It was truly like having the same physiotherapist for the duration of the therapy.

So happy I found Family Physiotherapy. My daughter and I were both treated at this clinic with different Physiotherapists. The service we received was excellent. Both of us met our rehab goals in a matter of only a few weeks. Front desk office staff are friendly and accommodating. The physiotherapists we worked with were so knowledgeable and specialized in their fields.

Shefali is absolutely amazing! I was super impressed from my initial assessment visit with her for physiotherapy. She was very thorough, highly knowledgeable/experienced, and could pinpoint exactly all the problems I was having after my car accident, right down to the little details. When I began my physiotherapy sessions with her, I *always* felt better after seeing her because she specifically targeted the painful areas without wasting time on other things. She has vastly helped improve the areas I was still experiencing pain in even after months of manual therapy at a different location.Shefali is also just a great person overall - she is highly professional, precise, and efficient yet very warm and approachable and easy to talk to and build rapport with and really listens to her patients' concerns. I feel incredibly lucky that I found her as my physiotherapist. I cannot highly recommend her enough and, because of her, I have recommended Family Physiotherapy as a great clinic for other people looking for physiotherapists!I also wanted to point out that the staff at reception are absolutely great, too! They are very nice and professional and helpful. The clinic has a great environment. I feel relaxed and taken care of whenever I come for my sessions.

Shefali has been amazing in treating my long neglected issues. She explains the problems and process very well, and is always able to suggest the best exercise routine to address them. The front desk staffs are a pleasure to work with as well.

Tanya and the team at Family Physiotherapy are professional and very helpful. Tanya has treated me for a few injuries over the years. Whether it’s a virtual or in-person appointment, she strives to do her best and always successfully resolves my issue. I would give Family Physiotherapy 10 stars if I could!

The most amazing physiotherapists work here. They are caring and compassionate and provide a high quality of care. I recommend the staff here. Each one has extra qualifications in manipulation physiotherapy so the therapists do hands on therapy instead of putting you just on a machine. Special thanks to Darryl who is helping me with post knee replacement recovery.

Peter is very professional. I appreciated the thorough consultation to understand the problem I was having with my shoulder. He put me on a great strength building regimen from pain management to re-strengthening muscles. The sequence of prescribed exercises with accompanying videos helped to speed up recovery. I am very happy to recommend if you are looking to get better soon!

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. Starting at reception, care is taken to ensure safety (during Covid) and personable service from Leah, Tina and Tess. As a physiotherapist, Susan is thorough and insightful. Adept at manual therapy, she also provided a treatment plan tailored to my goals. Thankful to have discovered this clinic I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for client focused physiotherapy.

Best 1:1 service for your all your physio/Acupuncture needs. Professional physiotherapist Avi, Shefali, Peter and Chris.I had my ACL surgery in Aug 2021 and totally regret not coming here then. I started my treatment in March 2022 and by April I was able to go back to my 5K / 10K steps walking with a better speed prior to my surgery.This place does not place you with 20min on tens machines and where the physiotherapist spends 5-8mins on you. Instead here they spend entire session WITH AND FOR YOU!The staff are ver friendly & have loads of patienceI would give them 100 Star rating

I've had about a half-dozen appointments with Avie for my lower back injured doing yoga and aggravated while playing golf. She treated my injury with a combination of massage and acupuncture. Having done the prescribed exercises she sent by e-mail which included videos, I was able to play five rounds of golf on four consecutive days without any problems. Avie is an excellent listener and skilled at assessing the injury and providing a plan to help you rehabilitate. I'm grateful.
