Queen City Overhead Door came to replace the garage door at our home / the location of our home studio. From the beginning they supported us with samples and designing a door that fit within our budget. The installation was done the day after the door arrived, and it looks truly phenomenal. Queen City even coordinated with Precision Fit Doors to ensure we could stain our front door to match our garage door. Would highly recommend!

Queen City Overhead Door
We had a slight mishap with our overhead door and required a service call to get it operational again. Shalyn provided prompt and courteous service to get the call scheduled and the team showed up exactly when they said they would (even called on the way). They were able to fix our door without replacing it and even fixed an additional issue we had plus all the regular maintenance that we had neglected. Even got some tips on how to keep our door operating at it's best! When we received our invoice we were pleasantly surprised at the very reasonable billing on top of it all!

Queen City Overhead Door
Absolutely incredible service. From the receptionist on the phone to Darcy the technician. Darcy was at the house within a 1/2 hour of me calling, inspected the problem, went back to the shop to get the right part and the whole job completed within an hour. Highly recommend Queen City to anyone that needs to get their car out of the garage fast. The quality of work was excellent.

In an area where I have little to no personal expertise their men were polite, extremely skilled and fixed my problem both extremely fast and well within budget.Bonus points for being by far the fastest to respond when booking an appointment.

Really quick turnaround on scheduling appointment for service. The lady scheduling our service appointment was very polite and friendly. Darcy was the gentleman came over for the service. Called in the way to make sure we are home. Very friendly, knowledgeable and experienced guy. Fixed the issue with our garage door and went beyond and did some maintenance on both of our doors. He also gave some regular maintenance tips when leaving. Simply one of the best services I received in Regina so far. Keep it up Queen City Overhead!

Called Queen City Overhead Door and just needed a replacement remote for my aging Craftsman garage door opener. The system was still doing great but needed a new remote. The nice lady over the phone asked what system I had and said she had remotes for me at $55!!I drove down and picked a couple remotes up and she taught me how to program them !! Super knowledgable and experienced !!Such a friendly company !! Thank you !!

Awesome customer service. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable. Helped me try and fix/diagnose the issue with my garage door over the phone. Once we realized the issue would need a service call, they sent a couple guys out and had it back running (closing properly) that afternoon.Would certainly recommend and will definitely use again when my garage door inevitably stops working again.
