Very nice place, absolutely terrible management. Rent price was increased after we viewed the apartment, put in our application and put notice in at our old apartments so we had no choice but to accept it. After moving in our dishwasher stopped working, 5 weeks and 7 conversations with the management later and it's still not even been looked at.

Very helpful in us viewing our new home prior to closing.

0/5 StarsHad the unfortunate displeasure of working with Norma Aube while buying our first house. We made a huge move from Ontario to New Brunswick, and during the travel restriction we trusted her to be our eyes and act in our best interests. THIS WAS NOT THE CASE! We were pressured into so many houses we didn't like ( luckily losing out of them) but when we did find this one we were assured it was so cute and cozy" "very nice little place". the exact opposite was true. The house is older than the Province itself it seems we were only given 1 very impromptu "video walk through" where she couldn't even work her phone and focus on anything for more the 3 seconds. after 5 mins it was over and we didn't even get to see the entire house " the stairs were a bit too much to bother with I guess. She even recommended our home inspector Jerry LeBlanc.(which was another disaster in itself When we did finally arrive the house was far from cute. covered in cobwebs and clearly not clean in over 10 years(whatever). There is so much damage to the walls

Agent Matt Sellars booked a viewing of my property and failed to show up or even call to advise he wasn't going to attend. He said he wasn't used to dealing with Property Guys and chuckled saying his clients already found another property. This very unprofessional... As we all know it takes a fair amount of prep time to get a house ready for a showing... Lack of respect.

Working with a agent that truly has your best interest at heart makes a difference.Clement Ononuju is a genuine and caring person . He went above and beyond my needs during my home selling process. He truly accompanied me and gave me strong advice to properly care for the place in order to get the best offer . He negotiated a strong deal on my behalf .I’m truly happy with his service. I would recommend this realtor to anyone that I know looking to buy or sell a property.

Used Roxanna to sell my home. Very nice person but poor service as an agent and many mistakes from her support people. Sign took long to be installed, brochure not available until weeks after listing, brochure had many typos and looked childlike, and mls listing and brochure information did not match. Also fairly hard to get a hold of.I would not recommend or use them again.
