2 minutes agoCouple of issues. I wanted to buy about $245 USFund(I'm from Canada) and I wanted to use my promotion code and its doesn't work bc it's not valid bc its pass the date . But when I got the promotion code I just purchased some kits that would last 3 months and the promotion code is only good for a month ( I suggest you guys keep the promotion code slot longer). Ok no problem I let go and move on. The website it said free shipping but I'm getting charged shipping so i complained and they told me it's only for the USA but on the website its didn't say that( only if I can post pictures showing the free shipping)Minutes later they updated the site to and showing free US shipping for orders over $70. To bad bc I had alot friend that i recommended, now we will be switching to a competitor that will accommodate customers needs. Also I wanted to add that someone should be answering phones when people or atleast call us back when we leave messages. Been calling all day and left messages. A1 customer service!!
