Bilalo Hair Artistry and Spa

On Christmas Eve I had an appointment with Michael for a cut. I was very nervous because my hair has been long most of my life. I showed Michael some photos to give him some ideas of what I was looking for. I told he to do whatever he wanted because I had heard so many great things about him and had total trust in him. He didn’t let me down whatsoever it was the best cut I’ve ever had!!! You can tell as soon as you sit in his chair that he loves doing what he does. Overall I would definitely recommend Michael and the salon to everyone.

Amazing service. My hairdresser, Alex, was excellent. I had no clue what I wanted and he talked me through my options and helped me pick something I loved. Also super charismatic and fun to talk to! Here is my before and after

The staffs are nice, friendly and proffessional. I went to multiple places for hair cut, this one is one of the best one.For other hair salon, new hair style just look nice on the day you at the shop. When you go home, after wash your hair the style not look as good as in store.On the other hand, my hair still look good with daily look.

I’ve got a healthy obsession with having good hair and as a result I have been everywhere in K-W looking for the best place. About six years ago I found Bilalos Hair Artistry. Specifically Mike is a hair wizard and generally a super cool dude. He can give the perfect hair cut every time. His brother is also pretty damn good too. In fact I have had my hair cut by most hair dressers there and they are all amazing.Staff is really nice there and very accommodating. They feel it’s important to make everyone feel comfortable and want your experience to be a happy one. They haven’t let me down yet.Out of all my google reviews this is the safest recommendation I have given yet.

Bilalo team saved my bday and hair. I can not say enough amazing things about this place. i had an appointment with a hairdresser i been following for 5 years that got cancelled. i called Bilalo crying and upset and Bilalo went above and beyond. Not only did he find time to fit me into their schedule for a whole color correct and cut. from the moment i walked in i was greeted by amazing and friendly people that feel like family. during my entire service i felt well takin care of with drink options, comfy seats and amazing atmosphere. i was talked through my entire process and never left guessing what was going on or happening next. im beyond happy with my hair. i literally felt like a queen. i went in with dry, damaged hair and left with silky soft hair.if you want to have a team that actually cares and loves what they do i urge you to book an appointment right now. Finding a good salon isn’t easy, and finding an amazing one is that much more difficult. Bilalo Hair Artistry and Spa is that amazing find.Having very thick, naturally wavy hair (that goes into ringlets) makes it very difficult to get a great haircut. It’s pretty frustrating to pay money for a haircut that only looks decent at the salon. If you have to style my hair to cover up problems with how you cut it, then that is simply not a good haircut.I’ve had my hair cut in various cities across Ontario, as well as in California. Nobody has cut my hair as well as Michael does. He gave me a cut that looks great whether I leave it curly, or if I straighten it. Seriously, the guy is incredibly skilled. And when it comes to colouring, well damn, he’s a rock star!That alone would be enough reason to come check out Bilalo’s, but did I mention that they also provide complimentary beverages (sorry, no alcohol, lol), but their cappuccinos are delicious.It’s obvious that the staff has been carefully selected, because it’s an extremely welcoming and vibrant environment. Every staff member I’ve met has been friendly. Michael and Bilalo also have very entertaining personalities, and their brotherly teasing never fails to make me laugh.Bilalo and Michael have built a great salon. It’s definitely worth visiting these guys...you will be happy you did.

Got my hair cut here and loved it! Bilalo did such a fantastic job and I left very very happy. Aside from having incredibly skilled stylists it’s also a very friendly and nice environment and I will definitely be back.
