Went to this service garage to have some work done on my car. All the gentlemen at this location are professional. Really impressed with how they report things wrong with the car using pics and videos showing the part needing replacement. I would recommend this garage to anyone. Fast, courteous and professional

We had a air leak and Dave said bring it in first thing in morning and we will fix you up. We were very early and Jimmy said as he was putting a plug in the tire “I turned on the open sign on so we won’t have to charge you an after hours service call”. We all laughed and it was a great way to start the day!!!Thank you Jimmy for the quick, funny and excellent work!!Gino’s is the best place to go!!!

Gino’s was recommended to me by our family mechanic in Waterloo and they did not disappoint. I woke up to find I had a flat tire from a screw or something. I called with little hope as it’s the middle of winter tire season and they were incredibly busy. Much to my surprise they were able to patch it and I had my car back by early afternoon. I could not be more grateful for their professionalism and willingness to help stranded new clients!!

Was recommended to this place by a friend as I am new to Guelph and got taken advantage of by the last mechanic I went to... Dave and his team were honest and cooperative, managed to finish everything ahead of schedule so I didn’t have to come back for a second appointment and the price was great. They are reliable and don’t take advantage of women who don’t know a lot about cars, I highly recommend going here!

The best service I’ve received in Guelph since I lived here! Between the friendly staff, the great mechanics work and ability to promptly provide me with an estimate, this was an awesome visit. The owner was welcoming the moment I arrived and was friendly during the time I was at the shop. They checked out my car and gave me an accurate estimate of the cost based on the time it was there. I didn’t feel the need to check up on the status of my car because these guys are honest and reliable.I will definitely be visiting this shop again and would highly suggest it to anyone I know.
