Sam's Place Park
Perfect little spot to stop for a break during a road trip. It’s only about 3 minutes off of the highway. Lots of green space, little pond with a fountain, playground for kids, and even some golf clubs left there for the holes they have. There is a nice shaded area with several picnic tables. Clean and well kept, I will stop here again next road trip.

Wonderful little spot to stop for lunch. Shaded and sunny picnic tables, a playground, golf, and a path into the enchanted forest". It even has a porta-potty. We loved it!!"

Did not see any signage at roadway to direct to the park but, otherwise very impressed by property and picnic area once we found it. The little lake needs a lot more care though! It was littered with water bottles, food etc. Very nice spot for our Church picnic. Thank you.

Couldn't ask for a better place to rest while travelling. It's peaceful.Beautiful open space with fresh air. Shaded picnic table, a trail through the forest (with fresh moose tracks), soft grass to lay in, a fish pond, and kids playground.Honestly better than my entire trip to Québec. The whole time I was just thinking how grateful I am to the people who created this space and made it free to the public. 6 stars. Thank you.

Beautiful little park off the hwy. Great place to have lunch and let my little kids run around! Well maintained, clean, had a portapotty with sink and soap inside. It wasn’t busy when we went either. Hidden gem!
