Nail Studio Willowbrook Mall

I was quite happy. I have never had dipping done and like the finished product. Just a bit concerned that they did not have me wash my hands first and use the entire jar to dip in so that means others are using the same product

My experience at Nail Studio was amazing. It was my first time getting acrylic nails and the entire staff made it such a comfortable experience. They were all very welcoming, and even gave me hot tea while getting my nails done. I have to give a special shout out to Lisa who did an amazing job on my stiletto set! Not only is she an incredible artist, she is also very funny and friendly. I am so happy I found this place and will definitely be back again!

I came here yesterday with my friends. One who hadn’t had his nails done before. They took all three of us in at the same time and they were all lovely. I got my nails painted with shellac in a black and dark green colour and my girl personally took so much time to make sure my nails and my skin around my nails looks perfect. I am extremely happy with this experience and I will be coming back.

Lisa did a great job!! We had a nice conversation while she was doing my nails. It was my first time here and i am so happy with her job and would recommend others to visit this location and get nails done from Lisa!!

Got french manicure done as my nails had uneven length. Tracy suggested using acrylic for one of my nails to match the length other one. She was very meticulous with her work and did a great job. Friendly staff and reasonable price. Would go back.

Needed to get my fake nails removed. Gina did an amazing job. I heard fake nail removal can be uncomfortable but with Gina it was a pleasant experience! My nails felt smooth and normal after the removal. They didn't chip or crack. She was careful and gentle. I was offered tea too! Definitely recommend this place!

Very happy with Nail Studio not only did they find a time suitable for my group of 3 but they were able to accommodate us with only one day notice. Our pedicures felt awesome and our toes and feet look beautiful. We will definitely return.

When I went there I clearly mentioned that I want manicures and pedicures and my daughter just polish. Then she clearly denied that I did not tell them and it was misunderstanding. Also they person who was doing my manicure my daughter already pick her colour. Then when I told them I don’t want to complete my manicure coz they made my 5 year old for 2 hours she keeps on asking me when are they going to do it. The lady to who my daughter showed which colour she picked she was also did not say that yes I was going to do her nail paint instead she looked puzzled as if she don’t know that she was supposed to do her nail polish. After I paid for full service which I was not done she told me that she is going to do it for free which I have already paid for and they did do the one she like. And asked her to choose the cheapest one which did not last for an hour. They should have sign on then door who should come in. They are liars won’t recommend this place.

It wasJoan, Joe or something with a J. She did an amazing job on my nails. Highly recommend. But do not recommend this place for eyelashes. My lashes were heavy with glue and fans were too large for what I asked. They barely lasted a week before moving and going in all sorts of directions
