Had a great experience buying a custom suit in the last minute. Richard was amazing, his customer service was superb and he went above and beyond my expectation. The custom suit was delivered within 5 days and I really appreciate his work. I give him 10 stars and would recommend this place to everyone.

This is a fantastic shop. The customer service is friendly, charming, and extremely knowledgeable. The staff asked thoughtful questions and provided informative explanations to help contextualize their recommendations.The love of clothing is palpable here, not just in the enthusiasm of everyone at the store but also in the tasteful selection of products they stock. Styles are contemporary and eye-catching without being “flashy.” Everything I tried on appeared to be very well made.I came away with a jacket that fit gorgeously and that I expect to enjoy for many years. Richard gave me the best experience at buying a dress shirt that I’ve had in a long time. As someone who has very hard measurements to wear something off the rack, Richard was able to put me in what I think is the best shirt I’ve ever worn. His knowledge of the industry and how garments should fit was so helpful on how I should go about styling my outfit, 10/10 will be returning for all my formal attire needs

I would absolutely recommend Richards Clothing to any friend, colleague, or relative.I went into Richard’s at 10 am with an important event at UWO the following day. I was surprised after speaking with a kind man for a few minutes that he answered his phone saying “Richards Clothing, this is Richard”. He was extremely helpful. Richard walked me through all the styles, told me what I should and shouldn’t look for, and informed me about all of the plus-sides to purchasing a true European suit. I did not think that morning that I would have been able to purchase and have tailored a high-quality suit and be completely satisfied by just the following morning. I was wrong. The suit I purchased looks absolutely fantastic, with very high quality, for a more than reasonable price. It was tailored perfectly and fits like a dream. It’s very comfortable too. Richard helped me to find the exact suit that fit my needs and it is probably among the best purchases I have made. I certainly plan on going back to him for all of my needs in the future and will be pushing all of my closest friends and family members his way because of the quality and service he provides. 10/10 recommend.

Oh Captain, my Captain. Richard helped me (Adam) find a new wardrobe last month. He didn’t waste time getting started. Within 3 mins of arriving he was pulling all sorts of pants and shirts together in combinations, assembling a matching wardrobe. It was great to see him work. Ashley, his colleague, has a great eye and is complementary to Richard during the process. They work together and sometimes debate whether “this guy” (meaning a piece of clothing) is a yes or no. They listen carefully to the customer and modify how they are seeing things based on what the customer’s looking for, without becoming “yes people”. They know what’s a definite no, and what’s a definite yes.I really enjoyed meeting them both and will see them again before long.

WOAH! First time shopping here and I have nothing but positive things to say!! I came in looking for a tux 2 weeks before my wedding date. Despite the short notice, Richard provided attentive, courteous, and expedited service! I found my dream tux and Richard ensured it was nicely tailored to my shape and sharply pressed. First off huge thank you to the man with the plan Richard for getting me set for my wedding ! I went in with a bit of a vision and we made all the magic happenRichard is incredibly passionate about what he does and one of the brightest personalities I have come across greeting with a huge smile.I am also very tall at 6”5 with broad shoulders and smaller waist and Richard made sure everything was tailored and fit to a T and even went so far as having my favourite dress shoes fixed up at Coakleys to make sure I was all set.After chatting a bit about my career and goals we also made a plan to get my wardrobe updated for success and I cannot say enough kind words for Richards service.It truly shows how much you care about people and your customers ! Fantastic clothing. Great customer service.I had such an incredible experience at Richards. The customer service was fantastic and Richard was very knowledgeable and thoughtful in the items he showed me. I’m just starting off in a banking job as a new grad and he helped me find the right pieces for what I’m doing and never made me feel pressured to buy anything. Richard also never made me get anything he felt I didn’t need.I will absolutely be going back here after a great first experience.

Richard's is now my go to place in London for clothing. He is fun to deal with and works with you to provide recommendations based on sizing and style. I visited a number of times leading up to a corporate work event and was setup with a great mix of business casual to formal outfits, love my unconstructed jacket, 100% a Richard pick and received a lot of comments about it.
