This place is amazing. From the moment they contacted me for an appointment they were patient, kind and welcoming. Once I got a rental machine, they contacted me weekly to check in to see how I was doing and adjusting to using a CPAP machine. When my own machine arrived and I returned the rental, they continued to be helpful, supportive and kind (kindness is hard to come by these days). I can not recommend them enough! I could have used a sleep machine supplier closer to my house but I will continue to make the drive to Burlington because this clinic and it’s staff are just incredible!

I had a wonderful experience working with SMG Burlington. For starters, they offer patients loaner machines while we wait for our actual machines to arrive. This allowed me to start therapy 3 months earlier! Their staff have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Thank you!

Great staff. I called a couple different places and SMG Burlington took the time to explain the process, annd answered all my questions over the phone. They really went over and above. I decided to wait for the loaner machine through them instead of right away through another company, based off that conversation alone. Since then every step of the way has been explained and very easy.They checked in weekly to see how the progress and adjustments have been, as well were super helpful with make swap and choices.Highly recommended if you are new to the process.

Unbelievable treatment the whole time. Treated with attitude. Mistakes. And with No warning at all they are Revoking my drivers license because I returned the machine! Would suggest going somewhere else!

Yesterday, I arrived at 4:55 PM, to pickup my mask and found them closed, I was frustrated as they say open till 5 PM. Today, somebody returned my call, which is good, but after asking me for my name, refused to give me her name. I tried hard to get her name, and at last she agreed, and tried to help me.I have requested that my complaint to reach top management.Most of the staff are friendly and management need to invest in keeping and even improving customer service level. I am a customer for over 10 years.

My experience was awesome. The ladies were great. Very informative, all my appointments were on time and gave plenty of options to work with my financial situation. Great job ladies!!!

I needed a CPAP machine on very short notice (I was leaving the country soon and wanted to take it with me). Although this location wasn't able to get me a machine, they referred me to the Milton location, which was able to get me one.

My experience at SMG Burlington has been nothing short of excellent. I'm new to CPAP use so had a loaner unit for a four week trial period. Rupal set me up and answered all my questions. She exudes professionalism yet has a sympathetic ear for a newbie like me. Every week during my trial period SMG staff followed up with me to see how things were going and to answer any further questions or concerns I may have had. After my trial period my respirologist recommended I stay using a CPAP machine, and sent my prescription directly to SMG Burlington. I got a call the same day to set up an appointment to obtain my new CPAP machine. In the interim I was allowed to keep the loner until my appointment date. I picked up my new unit today and again Rupal was exceedingly helpful. The staff at SMG Burlington are friendly, helpful and professional and I have no hesitation in recommending SMG Burlington to anyone needing CPAP assistance.

I have been helped by the Sleep Management group for 16 years, and the team at this location in Burlington are great. Thanks to Rupal, Alicia, Natty, Lindsay and Katheryn for looking after me so well! All my questions answered and all the clarity I needed to set everything up provided. Highly recommended!
