I’ve been working with Alex for more then 10 years and his team for several years. He is never just an accountant. He is a very trusted advisor. He is the first person I go to with all business questions from simple accounting to business valuations, financial analysis, corporate restructuring, taxes and CRA audits, payroll and much more for my seven pharma/medical companies. I can’t imagine my business without Alex and his team.

I want to post my review as I was a customer with AZ for 6 years and I always delt with Andrew, once he sold the firm. The firm webt down hill, it is so unorganized, you call the office and they have no idea who you are pass you to another person then to another person and then you get let me get someone to call you back, and no one does. My last encounter was with the director of accounts and was rude and told me at last minute to find another accounting firm. I was with the company for 10 years never had a problem, took my corporate and personal files to another firm. I know if Andrew was still there I would still be treated with white gloves, and still be there. Do I recommend this company no not at all not with the rude director and customer service team they have working there now.Thank you for your respond,but I never asked to only work with the owner ....never once said this...in the 6 years with the firm I always had ONE accountant, now I was told ....Email paperwork into a file and the accountants will work with it, we were told unless we were a monthly paying customer then they would asign a account to our fileAll we ask for is that we dealt with one person doing our personal and business filing as we have been for years.Also please stop, it was not 2.5 months prior that you told us to find a new accountant it was April 5th... taxes are due April 30th, which is about 3 weeks to find a new accountant/firm to do business and personal taxes, which is not professional on your part. We were not difficult or rude I do have all emails to prove this, but since you are replying.....you being a business owner did it ever occurre to you to pick up the phone and call us and discuss the situation to see if it could been handled different? No your second email to us, after asking if you can assign an accountant to our file so we deal with one person, was we cannot continue working with you, please advise your new accountant and will send files to? Which was very shocking to us, as I would never treat a customer of 6 years with the fiirm like that without atleast a phone call to discuss. But thank you for your reply in my review with your company.

This tax accounting firm is absolutely 5+ star! Alexander and his entire staff are extremely efficient and are an absolute pleasure to work with. They make the accounting process very easy to navigate through with their email correspondence and online tax portal, and they always attend to any questions and/or concerns one may have without hesitation. I am very pleased to have the firm represent my accounting needs while having the peace-of-mind knowing that they have my best interests at heart.
