Cambridge Ford Service
Didn't fix what the engine light was on for, instead told me it was something else more expensive. Also got them to clean the brakes and now the caliper is sticking.. I'm not confident in their abilities, will not be getting service at this ford.

Sent a vehicle here for programming after having the ECM replaced. Called me up and said it was done but the vehicle would not start. Had the vehicle towed back to my shop and called a 3rd party to come in and do an on-site programming. The vehicle started right way after the the 3rd party came in and did the programming - 20min work. Wasted $125+tax as service that wasn't done or wasn't done correctly. I would rather have a vehicle towed to another city then use this dealer again.

I don't recommend anyone to deal with Cambridge Ford at all, either buying or going to the service department. No words can express how I am disappointed because of the bad service and disrespect from them.

I've had to call their service department twice since I owned my pre-used 2017 Ford focus. Both times warranty covered. First time was water pump. Second time clutch assembly. I thought I was going to be running into a hassle on this one because of the warranty it almost being up. No, quickly and efficiently ,courteously professional. They took my anxiety and got rid of it ASAP. I hope that everybody could have as good as experience, as I have had at Ridgehill Ford. Ridge Hill Ford service technicians and to the mechanics. When you're there go check out their lounge like you're at home.

We just picked up a pre-owned F-150 and had a great buying experience. We knew what we wanted and found the truck on their website. When we went to the dealer to take a look, we were casually greeted by Steve. He gave us a few quick details and sent us out on a test drive. It was a quick, easy and fair deal. The truck was perfect and as promised when we picked it up. They even put all new brakes on because they were a touch less than 50%. Steve in sales and Dave in the business office were very laid back with no pressure at all. I would definitely recommend Ridgehill Ford.

Fair pricing and it’s new location is easy to access. They have good coffee and treats while you wait in the lounge for service. Only reason why it’s not 5* is that it doesn’t have an automatic booking tool online that you can see live spaces available and book straight through online. Today you fill out a form and then they call you back later in time.
