Red Swan Pizza
The taste was amazing, but I felt that if the store was more clean and tidy, it would be more appealing and welcoming. I saw the red curtains on the entryway to the kitchen was so stained and dirty, which made me think twice before ordering something. The moment someone walks in the store they see how clean it looks, saw all the drinks storage behind the counter and stuff. Pizza Depot on paisley street was sparkling clean.EDIT: They have cleaned the store, when I was there recently. It looks clean now.

Red Swan Pizza
Tried Red Swan for the first time. Garlic cheese bread was lacking, next to no garlic flavour, little cheese.The pizza was okay. Not the worst, not the best. Not greasy, which we liked, but the main flaw was my cilantro chili chicken pizza had no cilantro. The pepperoni pizza was unevenly cooked and overdone on one side.The service was good, on time, and the store clean and pleasant enough.Overall, disappointing. Probably won't be back.

Till just 3 months, this used to be my only go-to place for Pizza in Guelph but things here have gone tremendously downhill. I ordered online for pickup at a later time, atleast 3 hours in advance. When I reached to get my Pizza, they had no clues about the order. So, had to wait 40 minutes for it (although they initially said it would take 20 minutes). In fact, in such time, I could have gone to Red Swan Pizza in either Cambridge or Kitchener and got it faster. Finally, when I got home, the Pizza itself wasn't made upto their past standard. Firstly, I had ordered thin crust but got regular crust. The crust had no sesame seeds, which ideally is their sort of signature. Somebody there obviously doesn't know a difference between a Green Olive and Jalapenos. As I asked for the Olives, got Jalapenos. When I inquired, I was made aware that there has been a change in the management and I saw all new faces at the outlet, which explains all these goof-ups. Very sad to see such good Pizza place going down the dumps. NO time management. NO customer service and Pizza too didn't taste as good as it previously did. Not going there again.

Love the sesame crust. Great customer service. Honestly, their choices of topings and quality of the pizza is top class. This is my regular.

Don't have words to describe this place such a fabulous place to visit they had worked on each and everything and for an restaurant the quality and taste of food comes first and it was really perfect and well served. However, a person may think this point goes same for almost every good restaurant but one can't this much friendly behavior from staff I didn't feel like I had visited a place outside of my home it was such a home friendly environment and even their suggestions for food was up to the point and not like any other restaurant and bar that they only think about their profit and not about its customer but this thing does not apply for this place. Additionally, the food was also not too costly.

It was totally disgusting and wasted my money last time. I am a permanent customer of Red swan …. always order a spicy paneer pizza …. but this time… i got my $27 medium pizza with a such a thin crust and badly prepared that even the toppings were not able to stay on the pizza….the corners were also burn out… and when i complained the front counter guys right away about the issue…. I think the don’t have a sense of how to deal with permanent customer…. and the issue was unresolved….. i think the owner have to take care about the store…. and need to tell employee how to deal with the concerning issues…

Red Swan Pizza
These guys are awesome! By far the tastiest pizza around. They are a bit more $$$ but totally worth it, even if just for an occasional treat! The seasme seed crusts are the best. As for customer service, they really care about their customers. Tonight we had a problem with our pizza, and the manager personally delivered replacement pizzas which were PERFECT! We will be continuing to order from Red Swan for as long as we live in the area! Give them a try and you'll be hooked! I highly recommend the Tikka paneer as a topping!

Red Swan Pizza
I used to come to Red Swan every week, but ever since the management changed, I have experienced nothing but rude behavior and bad service. This issue is not just limited to me; many of my relatives have faced the same problem. I sincerely hope that you take immediate action to address these concerns. Due to the significant decline in service quality, we have now shifted our loyalty to other pizza stores.
