Had an appt this afternoon for an eye exam and to pick out new frames. Christine couldn't have been nicer or more friendly. The optometrist, Dr. Derus was very nice as well, explained everything very well, which I appreciated. Thank you!

Went to get frames for my sister today. Had a wonderful experience thanks to Christine. She was professional, friendly and so kind.

I was attending to Vogue Optical store in Westmount mall in London Ontario for an eye exams appointment with Dr. Bill Derus. I was so lucky to have Dr. Derus have his exams on my eyes, I can say that, he is very professional, very patient and not in a hurry to perform all eye exams needed for my both eyes and prescribing the correct reading and long distance glasses. Thank you Dr. Derus. As well, I want to express my sincere thanks to Mr. Jason Norman, the technologist who was very helpful in showing and helping me choose the perfect brand and frame for both of my new glasses. Jason is such a wonderful , knowledgeable and very helpful and patience person, so, thank you very much Jason. I don't hesitate to recommend both gentlemen to any one who needs an eye exams help from Westmount Optical Store.

The service here is awful. I went in fully ready to purchase glasses and instead got met with no respect or service. I was asked how I was and when I replied good she looked away. There was 4 people sitting at the counter, 1 was a customer who was being helped. The other 3 made no attempt to help me purchase glasses. I will be purchasing mine and my husbands glasses somewhere else as I do not want to give money to a business that employs such rude people.

Selection of glasses is pretty big and the designs are relatively nice. The service is quite bad. Slow, and they are never on time. I went in at 1040 for an 11am appt, they said they would be done my glasses in 20 min. Came back in 20, they said give me 10 more minutes. Came back in 10, they said almost done, just wait here. Waited for 25 min in store. Then, the optimetrist walked out with one pair done. Said the other one would take another 10min. Seriously? C'mon, you guys charge so much you should do better.

I am disappointed in the staff (John) and especially the Manager (Jen) at the Vogue Optical London Westmount Mall store. I was told by John they would match LensCrafters price then John wasn't in when I was in to pick up new glasses and the manager took his sale. Once I was in the store the Manager did not give me the price match maybe because I didn't have the Lenscrafter price for that model and she took advantage of me (they didn't have the style I planned on buying because they don't have much of a selection so I pick something close to the style I wanted). When I got home I looked it up and sure enough, I was being ripped off for over 50 bucks one pair of RB sunglasses. Called back to talk to John that quarantined the price match, the manager (Jen) gets on the phone and gave me excuses of why not to give me my money back quoting company policy after I was hoping to get the difference refunded. Then I said I will return the glasses I bought 2 days before...NO we don't take sunglasses back RIP OFF. What ever happened the the customer is always right. Not at this chain of company stores.DO NOT USE Vogue Optical because they ripped me off.Go straight to Lenscrafters for name brands and better selection and staff that do not try to squeeze every penny out of you."

People in store polite and helpful but problems with glasses. Got the buy one pair, get one free opportunity 2 years ago. First pair frames fell apart within 18 months, 2nd pair got chip in lens after 2 years of careful handling. Wouldn't risk buying there again. Unless you buy the extended warranty you are out of luck. Glasses I have bought elsewhere have lasted way longer than 18 months to 2 years.

I ordered contacts on the 15th and the doctor didnt put in my order until the 18th, the optometrist is NEVER there and reciption cant do anything without the optometrist being there and giving them promission, if i could give this place 0 stars i would!
