Not a bad place, staff are friendly and wait times haven't ever been crazy long when I've gone.

Really great and patient technicians. The blood sample was taken within minutes of registering. Really nice service!

Rude , crabby front desk staff. Been here 2 times and both times I don't like how I was talked to or treated. Hey maybe both times I've been here the front desk staff was having a bad day. I'll see, maybe the third time they won't be so miserable. If not they should train their staff on manners and how to talk to people!!!Is your job that bad you have to be rude ?Went back today a different lady at front desk was nice to me and the lady who took my blood was really nice. I did see the lady who was rude to me yesterday but didn't say anything . Changing this to a 3 / 5 just because of the 2 previous experiences not sure how I feel about this place yet.

Took my kids for blood work to this location. The staff were very friendly, courteous, and professional. The location was organized, clean, and smoothly run. We were able to book an appointment ahead of time online.

Fast service. Some not so friendly and still have mandatory masks even though it has been dropped

went to gardiner park life labs and again today computers are down" (this has happened the last 3 times I went there) and can only take those with appointments. The next appointment is July 26! I dont think computers can be down that much without management replacing them all before now. I will find a more reliable place for my blood work in the future."

My daughter fast and we went at 11am for bloodwork and they said you have to there at 9am for it? Like what? She did fasting why couldn’t they do bloodwork.

My daughter and I received a referral for a blood test. we arrived at this lab and a man named Andrea refused to register my daughter because she had coffee without sugar and milk in the morning (but the doctor said that this was not a problem for her test). we came 200 km away and she couldn't take the test and got angry. he also refused to register me, because we are one family. and I told him that he had no right to do this and refused to give his name. this is the worst service we've had in Canada in 11 years. don't come here!!!!! here you will be humiliated and insulted by those who are sure of their impunity. we will also write a complaint to the health department. we pay taxes and have the right to receive quality services

Very busy place ,service is good but i would recommend to go to their university drive location Regina ! Not as busy as other location of life labs

Best to book an appointment. Otherwise you might be be waiting a long time.
