Just got my first tattoo in 25 years and am absolutely delighted. I worked in the industry for several years, so I’ve seen a lot of good and bad tattoos. I have Oksana a piece of art and asked her to reinterpret it. The drawing she came up with was stunning. She was quick and professional. Lines were very clean and shading consistent. Can’t wait to get my next one from her. The rest of the staff Marcel and Cody were friendly and helpful.

Oksana has now completed 2 tattoos for me. First was my sons baby handprint which healed perfectly. Second was yesterday, a flower design to cover up a horribly done tattoo from years ago. Oksana designed the tattoo for me and it came out more perfect than I could've ever imagined! The care and service provided at this location are unlike anywhere else. I have a few tattoos and I've never had a healing process go so well. The shop is clean and everyone is friendly. Definitely found my go to shop and artist.

Called the shop and went to voicemail… within 30 seconds they called back to follow up. Went in to get a new piece of jewellery for an existing piercing, they changed it for free and were very quick and friendly!

Very happy and satisfied with TrueInk. I went on a Saturday afternoon with no appointment to get my nipples pierced. Very nice staff who greet you, easy and professional progress. I was in and out in less then 30 mins.

Had my ear pierced today, Cody was awesome! He made sure to show me all the equipment sealed and sterile, he explained everything well and answered some questions I had about prev scar tissue.Overall a great experience, I'll be back for my next piercing!

Got my nose pierced here and it was a great experience! He made sure everything was clean made me feel super comfortable and made sure I was happy with the nose ring placement. Would recommend if you want any piercings!!!

Absolutely amazing experience I got my tongue and nose pierced and the guy that did it made sure I liked the placement was very professional and made sure I was comfortable overall very good vibe in the place loved it there can’t wait to go back!
