Ordered a Oreo ice Capp, it had a straw berry syrup in it it was EXTREMELY watery! With no taste, it was gross! The ice Capp machine was definitely NOT READY to be used. The little bit of whip cream was thicker then the ice capp drink.Everyone ran around waiting on DT and forgot about us on the counter waiting., As usual.She put my Boston cream in a bag and the frosting got stuck to the inside the bag, all of the frosting.

Just needed a coffee at drive thru and I don’t know her name but it was a girl and the customer service was very rude like dude if you don’t wanna work stay at home. Feels like she’s gets bothered while taking order lol very bad

Did not get served around 12 noon on a Sunday. The wait was too long and the lineup was out the door, so I left after 5 minutes when I noticed that the ordering line was not moving and the people in front indicated they were there for 10 minutes and also did not move.

Asked for wraps and got like two compressed sandwich things with like half the internals of them gone. when i went inside to ask about it they just kept saying its okay thats the wrap.

Hit and miss for speed in both the drive-through and in-store, has been that way for a long while. Hot tip: order online through the app and pick up. It’s usually twice as fast as the drive-through at this location.

This is one of, if not the slowest Tim Hortons I have ever been to, if you have about an hr to waste by all means, but if you're short for time, there's plenty of Tim's further and you could still get it quicker then if you waited at this one. Sorry, but no good.

Every day and every weekend and every night they have the lanes closed. It’s too hot for the dogs to be sitting in the car that long because they can’t open two lanes. The lineup is backed up around the corner all the time and they work slower than dirt pretty messed up and they have no Tim bits ever know bagels at lunchtime.

By far the worst tim Hortons location . Service is not just bad, it's non existent!! Staff is just standing around looking completely lost. Avoid!!!
