Came to get ear pieced for my 1 year old. Paid for the earing and piercing. The piercing came out in a couple day in one of the ears. Came back and they said we cant repierce. How is this our fault that the earings were not set properly ?

Bad customer serivce, we have been asked to leave the shop 15 minutes prior to the official closing time and with multiple requests to finish asap.Never seen this in any other Clarie's shop

Worst Claires location, had my daughters ear pierced and in 5 days the stud hot embedded all the way thru into the earOn going to the store, was told to go to the doctor as might need surgery this was their solution. BEWARE of this place, I will be looking to escalate the matter further. My daughter was in so much pain due to their incompetency.

today walked in (march 16th 2023 at 11;30 noon) the girl working there was sitting down(stool) chair)behind cash whole time on her cell texting wasn't watching anyone in store shopping

I really like this Claire's location, the few times I've been here I've gotten great help and service. The first time I went, I had an emergency" from a nose piercing I had gotten elsewhere. The manager was very kind and willing and suggested a couple of different nose jewelry pieces to help the healing better than the ones I had on. Second time

Worse experience ever! Took my 12 year old daughter to get her second ear piercing and a brown woman pierced my daughter's ear so far back nearly hitting her ear cartilage. She didn't mark her ears with a marker, she literally just went on whim and pierced it. It was so stupid looking my family was in disbelief.I had to remove the earrings immediately. I will be getting a refund this was a poor job.

Elizabeth answered all my questions, and kept the process quick and easy. Baby girl cried for like a second and then she smile shortly after. Beside the form to fill out, this was very simple and fast.

Very Bad service at this Claire’s Erin mills location . Especially an associate named Kriti who is very very arrogant and gives bad service . Will never shop at this location again .
