Compact shop is a clean, bright, well laid-out space with friendly responsive staff. The parking is a little constrained, but easy to get in and out of with all snow removed. Winter accessibility is typical for Saskatoon with some snow to fight. Well trained staff familiar with a good selection of stock. Careful handling of clients during pandemic is a plus.

The most positive experience I’ve ever had at a Sasktel related business... wow... Chris helped me out and he was absolutely wonderful the entire time. I was having a hard time finding the phone I wanted in the city and he made sure to hold the seemingly only iPhone 11 128gb for me. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and made sure I knew exactly what I was buying and how I was setting up my new phone. I don’t normally write reviews but this was very deserved as I usually have the worst customer service experiences with cell phone related situations... thanks again Chris!

I called in advance to see if they had the phone i was looking, IPhone 14 Pro max, since i would be driving about an hour to go get it. They said they had the phone i wanted with the storage i was looking for, 256 gb. I ask them to hold it until i get there, I get there and all they had was an IPhone 14 with 128gb. I drove all the way here because they “heard me wrong”. I am very annoyed, very frustrated, and I honestly waisted my time and gas. I was very specific with what I was asking for, yet they didn’t listen.
