New Rider and was in search of a reputable cycle shop. I have just purchased a used Harley RK up in Grand Bend and live down in the GTA. I have been asking around prior to purchase of a place that is fair, and knowledgeable on these type of bikes. I was told about RMW Cycle, I also called quite a few shops before talking to Robert @ RMW and by far everyone was cool but Robert went a little further with information. This past weekend I decided to go forward with the purchase of my new bike and have decided who will be the doctor to operate. (RMW Custom Motorcycles)The first visit was last night and the owner duo has gone above and beyond the call of duty to meet with me at the shop and assisted to unload the bike. He did have prior engagements but still took the time to meet up with me. Not only did he unload the bike but took up some time to explain and show a couple of things about the bike and safety issues.Safety first was on his mind . That is a plus in my books.Updates to follow. To all you newbies looking for a reputable mechanic.

Been having problems with my bikes charging system. I msged them on facebook to see if I can come by and get it looked at. They squeezed me in next day they checked everything out for me and had me on my way 5 mins later. Will definitely be coming back here

Was really good to me helped me get the bike back on the road as quickly as possible had some issues with parts but he was prompt on informing me and was extremely helpful with helping to find the parts...over all will suggest anyone one to us him

Rob did a safety inspection on my new ride. He was fair and friendly. I would definitely recommend this place to any motorcycle owner.

Great place for work on V twins and touring motorcycles honest pricing, warranty work . Tyres installed and balanced, custom baggers, upgrades.

If I was the owner of a struggling motorcycle business that needed to advertise their info on their base model Ram, I’d probably pick a better representative than the jackass that goes 30 over down Kingston rd weaving through traffic. Why would anyone want to do business with a place after witnessing that?

Small shop, knowledgeable and friendly owner. Did a great job replacing my transmission with new gears and installed a great sound system on my FLHT. Patience and honesty are rare traits in this business and I'm glad to know him.

The guy was awesome. Busy man but still took the time to show me how to do things I was doing in a different , better way . Hooked me up with parts I needed and told me to let him know if I needed anymore guidance. I'll definitely go back to him and refer everyone that asks .
