Just came back to give another glowing review! I recently had my eyebrows microbladed and absolutely love the results! Emma was so attentive and listened to my nervous requests and my brows turned out beautifully! Not too dark and very natural looking. Now that I know what to expect and that I can trust the artist, I'll be going back for the touch-up/follow-up with plans for a slightly more enhanced look and will book more of the other treatments offered. I appreciate the care, skill, and patience, Emma! We are fortunate to have such a wonderful team of practitioners in this gem of a business right here in the Ottawa Valley! Every treatment I've had at HeLa has been great!

From the moment I walked into HELA, it has been an amazing experience! They have really done their best to make you feel comfortable no matter what service you're getting. From the cleanliness, layout, decor and friendly staff, it really is a gem in the heart of the Ottawa Valley.I was hesitant at getting laser hair removal at first, but special shoutout to JESS Lavallee for making me feel comfortable from my very first session. I'm now on one of my final sessions for underarm and brazilian, and I'm so happy with the results :) No matter what service you're thinking about getting at HELA...they won't disappoint with their professional and friendly staff ready to answer any of your questions!

Kristin was amazing. She didn’t try to push products on me but instead gave me a couple different samples to try. The Clinic is beautiful, clean and friendly. Highly recommend

My permanent make up appointment with Carissa went entirely as I wished! Trusting someone with your permanent make up can be scary. But if you are looking for a personable, professional, perfectionist who will put in the time and effort to make sure your services are of utmost quality than I urge you contact/book with Carissa! I had my eyebrows micro-bladed at Hela and the experience was fantastic! Carissa listened to exactly what I wanted and explained the procedure in detail. She is very confident in her abilities and had a very steady hand. Excellent job Carissa!

The entire experience at HeLa was an absolute dream. The staff were extremely nice, they made me feel so comfortable and you can tell they know what they're doing. I had services completed by Carissa and she is honestly so talented, so confident and so creative. I highly recommend HeLa, especially as they continue to grow and expand their services to better serve the Ottawa Valley.
