She was very rude to me. I can’t get to see the flowers in close but to see them by looking through the windows. She’s not welcoming her customers and let them leave with unpleasant feelings. People come to a flowers shop to buy happiness, I’m 100% sure that you won’t find any in this shop.

Always love the personal experience and beautiful arrangements at this store! The prices are fair and the flowers are always long lasting.

Went there today to get some last minute flowers for my friend that's getting married. Only had 3 options to choose from. All were over priced and pretty slim coming from a florist. I'm assuming I was dealing with the owner, she was super rude, not helpful and really condescending. She talked down to me like I was an inconvenience and a nuisance. Will never go back. Really disappointed.

There is a reason I have always returned here for my arrangements!!! Come down and see Marge for beautiful bouquets for any event, at any size, within ANY price range. Their service is just wonderful.

This flower place has beautiful flowers but to the owner or whoever works there, there’s no need to be rude to a customer when the customer was kind to the staff.

The fact the reviews fluctuate should give buyers an idea of how Marge’s service is inconsistent. Last Fall I ordered a bouquet for a funeral, which she managed to put together. While I chose flowers she was snappy and snarky.I called last year to ask about bouquets for Mother’s Day and she said they only have pre-made options, with an attitude of “Sweetheart, if you want a custom bouquet made your SIL”.Today I called to ask if they have peonies. She said yes at $20 a stem. Hi was like…”uhhh how many fliers per stem? She said ONE. It opens up…I was so confused, asking “I usually buy 5 or 6 and I don’t remember paying that per stem…” “That’s okay Sweetheart…if you don’t want it that’s fine”. I said I’d swing by tomorrow to check it out and she answered “Okay Sweetheart , but I don’t know if we’ll have any left.”IMO Someone needs to tell this woman that saying “Sweetheart” to an adult is not endearing, it’s condescending. Secondly, we spoke a couple minutes before closing. Was she thinking they would all be sold over midnight or why then worry about being out of supply by morning? Lastly, IMO that attitude of “it’s not my problem” and “it doesn’t matter to me” is a real put off. It goes back to customer service - or lack thereof.IMO If you go there, just tell yourself you don’t care about service just about getting the product and getting out, hopefully with minima insult/offence in the process.

Avoid at all costs. Staff is extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with. I have never, and I mean never in my 39 years of living seen such angry staff before, my goodness.

The service was wonderful. Very helpful, friendly and squeezed me in for a same day delivery. For that, I am appreciative.The flowers, were terribly disappointing for the price. Wow. I could have had someone go to the grocery store and pick up the same for $14.99.I wanted to treat my mom to a beautiful Mother’s Day bouquet, and got the scraps. Embarrassed to have sent this to my mom.

This place was better with the previous owner. My husband used to frequent this shop and loved it. He went in February and had a horrible experience. The flowers were beautiful, but he did not like the new owner. He said that she had horrible customer service skills. Talked like she was better than him and not pleasant to deal with. So I went last weekend to see for myself. My husband was right. The new owner is not pleasant to deal with al all. The flowers were beautiful but her customer service skills are lacking. If you are going to be an owner maybe take a customer service class. Or maybe she should be a customer of the Cannabis store next door. Definitely never going back.
