Tandy Leather Markham - 706

Ordered through the Tandy website as there are no Tandy stores in my area. My order was taken care at the Markhan-706. Very very good experience.On my previous order they took the time to contact me with a picture of the produce to make sure that it was in the right condition for my needs.On my last order, the choose the leather for me according to my needs and they sent me exactly what I needed.Best service ever!

10/10 Customer service!I had ordered some products online that the store didn't have in-stock, and José reached out to me and let me know, and provided some options to resolve. They also let me know I had mistakenly purchased a product that was incompatible with the leather I had ordered and also offered substitutes for that item as well!José & Edwin were incredibly helpful and even sent me pictures of some hides they could offer as substitutes for my order.Businesses & representatives like these make the world a better place. I am extremely thankful for them & for purchasing from Tandy Leather!

The staff here are super friendly. They are extremely knowledgeable about every single item in the store and know where everything is. They also have the practical knowledge on how to use what they sell so they are able to give tips and advice that actually helps and is valid. They will try thier best to make sure you leave satisfied. I go to the store often and it is always a great experience.

Store manager and other staff are so friendly and helpful. I’m new to leather crafting so naturally, walking into the store for the first time was a little intimidating. The store manager broke down all those walls and immediately made me feel comfortable shopping around and answered all my dumb little questions. Definitely gained a regular now that I’m (mildly) addicted to this new hobby :)

From the first time that I got to visit this store years back, I have always had an incredible experience thanks to Jose and Edwin. They are always so helpful, inviting, and genuinely interested! They go above and beyond all the time, something that they do not need to be doing. I have been to other leather stores around the city and the experience is never the same.Any time there is an arrival of a new leather in store that they think I would like to work with, they will call/email to let me know about it. They have helped me place orders over the phone when I was unable to come in person to the store. They have helped me place orders for interesting leather that was not carried at their location. They always keep me up to date on any upcoming sale or promotion. They would always be extremely accommodating even when I show up to the store 5 minutes before closing, I never felt rushed. There are countless of other experiences, each one being positive.
