It’s sad I tried making a return couple weeks after on an unopened unused items with no receipt even though they found the purchase , date showing all of the other purchases on their computer screen, they will only give me a gift card, which I am ok with, but they keep “$10.00 “!!!! of the original purchase. I will be avoiding this store and make like purchases elsewhere, in Calgary if I have to.

things seemed to change after the switch over but as a rule, most employees are still friendly and most helpful. they usually have what we go in for, it's just their prices that makes it the second or third option as opposed to going there straight away

Decent little store, but I wish they kept proper stock. Electrical items are slim to none.

They are usually great however the last few times the staff have seemed disengaged and overwhelmed. I hope it's just an adjustment phase as they are usually quite good. The yard staff is always spot on

Very clean and organized store. The staff is always very helpful. Nice large parking lot and drive threw lumber yard.

They have a huge stock of home and outdoor repair or building needs. They have the tools I needed to rent. Was super happy about that!!
