Honestly heard great things about this shop & I wish I could say the same thing.My 2014 tdi Jetta was hers for safety & repair before I bought the car.Turns out the break rotors are to small, they stripped the axle bolt & the cv joint on the front right. Sway bar link were replaced with cheap ones. Replaced a rear spring in the back with a spring from a Passat.Really disappointed in the service that was done to my car & don’t wish this upon anyone.

The most honest auto repair shop. Paul and Cathy are very friendly. Their knowledge of auto repair is amazing, Volvo dealership could not figure out was wrong, Switch diagnos and fixed my car at a fraction of what it would have cost with Dealership. Love them!!!

Don't come to this shop location if you don't want to waste your gasoline and time.2 appointment visits my car still has not fixed yet. All they did was to inspect, test drive and ask me to make another appointment since they did not have time. What is the point of making an appointment if you did not have time to fix a car? You have diagnosed the car on the first appointment and you should be prepared with parts to fix the car on the second appointment visit.Good bye Switch and it is time for me to switch to another mechanic shop.or to switch to non European auto clinic...!

Been going to switch for about 10 years now. I send all my friends and family to this shop when ever I get asked if I know a good , honest mechanic. All my car troubles get resolved in a timely manner, for a reasonable price and I never have to return for the same issue. They are the best , wouldn't take my cars anywhere else even if I had to travel for an hour.
