Hired DM to replace my roof. Work was done on time, job site was left very clean. Owner is very courteous and answered my many questions without hesitation. Following the work, we had a little issue with the wind and a piece of flashing, the team was very quick to resolve my issue.

Contacted DM in September because of a roof leak. They put us on a list and would fit us in. The leak became worse so they came right away to do the job. The job was completed in one day, everything from the roof was cleaned up and property was left spotless.The team was very professional and courteous. Job well done. That company came on my street late yesterday to put No parking" signs on the entire street. They then proceeded to wake the entire neighborhood up at 7am by honking non-stop with their trucks until everyone came out of their house in panic.Very unprofessional. We replaced our flat roof membrane with DM. They were honest and did great work.Our roof had a blocked drain which they not only made us aware of but also contacted and coordinated with a plumbing company of our choice to resolve. They did this after having already been paid in full. I really appreciated everything and we are very happy with the work that was done. I would highly recommend this company.

I could not be happier with the elastomere membrane installation that I had done by DM. Great service, speedy installation, reasonable price, and I even had a pizza party with the work crew. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

It is extremely hard to find serious and honest people in the construction industry and dealing with this company is proof that they still exist. Danny had initially given me a quote to redo my roof, which included replacing the 2X4s and the plywood. After stripping the roof from its membrane, his project manager named Eric, showed me that the roof was not as bad as they initially thought. Danny adjusted the price accordingly. Having dealt with several dishonest contractors, I highly doubt that another company would have mentioned that the work initially budgeted for was really not needed. People in construction are greedy, but I am very happy that I found Couvreurs DM for my roofing needs. His team was on time, professional, friendly and took the time to explain everything to me. I'm so impressed with this company. I have dealt with many roofers over the years and have never had such excellent, professional, and prompt service, and they certainly stand by their guarantee. I had contacted this company that had re-roofed our house for a previous owner 6 years ago after we had a leak. The owner spent a lot of time to help me determine the problem on the phone, and though he was pretty sure it was a drain problem he came all the way across town to ensure he was right (he was) and generously helped us deal with it.

DM did our roof in 2012 which came with a 10 year warranty. This morning, we saw constant water dripping from the top of our front door frame. We suspected a breach in the flashing or membrane caused by the recent strong winds. We called called Couvreurs DM asking for Dan. He called us back shortly and was surprised to hear about our water infiltration. He came right over, climbed onto the roof and observed that our neighbors roof (which is attached to our property) had a clogged roof drain and had accumulated enough water to look like a swimming pool.The wind was blowing water from their connecting flashing to behind our brick facade and down the wall to the top of the door frame. He took pictures and explained to us how to unclog the roof drain. We passed on that information to our neighbors who were grateful to be informed of the situation on their roof. He did not charge us for his service and seemed very content to visit an old job sight. That is 5 star service.
